perfect location. incredible roof top bar and wonderful Argentinian restaurant that changes to a brunch Sundays (worth going). great views and a real hub of attention for trendy people

shower door opens out o the floor and drips water. even closed it does. just 1 towel hook. didn’t like the open plan toilet area (needs to be more closed and sound proof). small font buttons to control everything which was irritating.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Me and my niece got a 2 bedroom suite, it was every modern and staff were very nice.

The only thing I didn't like was every night it was always very crowded outside and there was a line like waiting to get in a nightclub. We had no problem getting in and out but a little annoying when your uber or food delivery people cant get close because of the security.

The hotel is very nice, everything is as the pictures show. Elevators work with your room key, scan and it will tell you which elevator to take. The gym is well appointed. The room is not huge but nice. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The view is amazing. The hotel is central to everything in Brickell and the attached mall has something for everyone. Sugar, the rooftop bar is beautiful but you will have a $50 minimum per person for bar or $100 for a table.

The bathroom is open as in there is just a slat wall dividing it from the room so light will wake you when your partner uses it at night. The toilet is basically open as it is enclosed by glass. There was a weird smell of sewage when using the shower. The small fridge is full so you can't keep anything in it and they will charge you if you do. Turning on the tv was aggravating as the control would usually miss turning in the box that is behind the tv. The worst part by far is valet parking which is $49 per day. Extremely slow regardless if you call ahead.

As far as downtown hotels go, EAST is impressive. Adjacent to an upscale mall, rooted in the trendy, urban Brickell area, it has 40 floors crowned by a good rooftop bar with a very nice pool area nestled alongside it. The room was extremely comfortable, modern and immaculately cleaned.

Avoid rooms with balconies if you have young children. The drinks at the trendy Sugar bar were poor, expensive and served by surly staff, convinced of their superiority. Not using bottled mixers with appropriate carbonation is inexcusable!

Location was ideal. Uber rides were all under 20.00

Shower stayed causing water to overflow into halls. Having to keep using towels to clean up. No refrigerator and no microwave

The check-in/check-out process was smooth and the employees at the front desk were very friendly. I stayed in the King Plus room with balcony views from the 34th floor and I truly enjoyed the views and the cleanliness of the room. I had breakfast at Quinto twice and both times the food and service was great. I also order room service twice and the food came quickly (less than 30 minutes). I went to the rooftop, Sugar, one night and the vibes were great. The bartender named Keith was very nice and made great drinks. I loved how close the hotel was to all the nearby stores, restaurants and the Brickell City Centre. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely come back to this location when visiting Miami.

I liked the style, layout and spaciousness of the rooms. Also the location was extremely convenient. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, …

There was nets/flies in the room. there wasn’t a lot it but didn’t know where there were coming from.

Fantastic location in Brickell - lots of restaurants, bars & high end stores nearby. Near financial district so easy to get to work. Room js nicely decorated - terrace with view from 32nd is stunning. Amenities in the hotel are great - Beast gym is epic, free classes or PT welcomed too. Sugar rooftop bar & the breakfast in the hotel are great - albeit expensive. Staff polite & accommodating.

Biggest negative for us - the pool is pretty much completely shaded from 12.30 all afternoon & it is much smaller than the pics. Whilst Sugar is cool on the roof - min spend is high even for hotel guests & there are queues of people outside waiting to get in. People can be heard running around corridors late. Chipped floor tile in the room.

The bed sheets were so soft. The bed extremely comfy. The view was beautiful especially at night. I upgraded my room for $50. The location was superb. The finish was very high end. It felt high-end throughout e.g. the mirror/light feature in the lift.

The staff at the pool didn't seem to know what they were doing and were unprofessional. Running around in circles and messing up orders. It wasn't calming. The music at reception was a little loud for my liking. The light switches in the room were extremely small, no consideration for those with vision issues. Also the switch on the bedside locker wasn't working perfectly. The bathroom didn't have a disposable bag for female sanitary products.

Great new hotel in the Brickell area of Miami. Part of a new shopping mall. As it is a highrise they added balconies to the rooms which I liked a lot. The view is fantastic plus you can open the windows because of this feature. I liked the size of the room and the little coffee bar where they did serve a very delicious breakfast including overnight oats with fruits! Easy access to a couple of restaurants as well.

Minor detail: I could not plug my phone in as my adapter would always fall out of the plug and I had to "build" a little tour to fix this. In the end it worked, though, and that is all that counts.
