Atwell Suites - Miami Brickell, an IHG Hotel0

Hotel location was safe and convenient to stores, restaurants and transportation all in walking distance. The room was comfortable and modern with a beautiful city view off the balcony. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided. Rooftop pool was lovely and clean with a nice lounging area and view. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite with an easy check in/out process. Valet was quick. Housekeeping was efficient with our needs. Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely book again.

Pool area closed too early (at 8pm). Would've liked it to stay open later. Breakfast was very limited. Would've preferred more variety and hot options. One elevator was out. Sometimes took awhile to arrive. Limited ice machines. Would've preferred more on floors.

Just stayed in Miami Atwell suites for 7 nights and it was perfect. The check in was easy and the room was immaculate on arrival. The lifts are super quick and the pool was nice a quite and not too busy. The breakfast is good value considering it is included. The staff were always helpful but I didn’t need their help to often as I had everything I needed with no issues. Location is good, the views are amazing I would definitely request the same room again if I was to stay again, which I would. The room was really nice to come back to after busy days in Miami. Will definitely return.

We stayed here both the night before our cruise and the night afterwards. Everything was easy to get to, whether our Terminal to the east or Little Havana to the west. I thought it was great how they had zero problem tagging our luggage, as we arrived before our room was ready both times. I've never stayed in a hotel room that has two bathrooms either. Side note, there's a pizza place called "Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza" within walking distance that truly lived up to the name! Also, the mall within walking distance had some good eats.

They could have had some kitchenware in the kitchenette. Imagine our surprise to find zero in the cupboards.

Breakfast was great clean organized; if I had to nitpick, maybe add a waffle maker with batter or protein powder for shakes. The room has two bathrooms. Wow!

The drinks and snacks in the lobby are confusing about how to pay. The espresso machine should be complimentary. I would not mind paying an extra five bucks on the room cost to cover this. The pool closed early—no hot tube by the pool. The place was excellent; just my 2 cents to nitpick.

The breakfast was very good.I wish they could had sausage or bacon also more variety of fruit as well but other than that the staff was very attentive of the calls I was making to front desk every front desk personel was awesome one particular guy that help I forgot his name but the system was having issue but he recovered problem.The hotel was clean and spacious.Awesome location to bus station and restaurants plus clubs

The only problem I had was the king bed and sleepy sofa I wish that it was separate from the to.I also had problem with tv mirrowing as well.Also the valet parking if you driving it's $90 i wasn't aware of that in booking hotel.

Alexander and his coworker were amazing and very patient with me as I was having problems with my canadian cards. The whole team was incredible. Jewel at the restaurant was so sweet.

the breakfast choices could be better… the tall lightskin woman who worked day shift was rude to my friend when she came asking for something.

Unusual but attractive room design. Great view of city and ocean beyond. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet service. Across the street from a little park so we could walk our dog conveniently.

Miami is a confusing array of one way streets so getting around was a bit tough, but this is how Miami is, so the hotel has no control of that. There were not many restaurants in the area, so we only walked to dine once- otherwise we went out to beach areas.

That 24th floor room was bussin’

How you had to park 2 blocks away and use that awful app that only allowed I think 8 hours and no longer then when the time is up you have to manually pay or risk getting your car towed. I had to set an alarm just for that after driving for 13 hrs plus the 5-6 hrs that involved work. That’s not bussin’ at all. There some shady charaters about but I met a couple of the homeless guys on my long, not bussin, walk to my vehicle and they were genuinely the nicest people I met on the trip so that was bussin’.

because the flight, we arrived at 9AM morning. Its quite earlier than the standard checkin time. But the front desk let us checkin, got into our room and also ate the breakfast. it’s really great that we can take the shower before we head to office.

The room was perfect! Very spacious, lots of room, separate lounge to the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Clean and tidy, lovely staff.

If I am being really picky… the pool area had no real atmosphere. Could do with a pool bar/music… Other than that the place was excellent.
