Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

I liked how beautiful the room and the view was from our window. My sister enjoyed the stay and continuously complimented my ability to find an amazing hotel for her birthday.

The location was quite close to some good, formal/ casual places, but my sister and I were looking for a good party type of scene. Of course, this was our preference for our visit. If you love a business casual area that is close to a nice mall within walking distance, you’re golden. If you’re looking for a place that makes you wonder if you’re going to black out upside down by a beach or drunkenly singing in the back of an Uber, it probably wouldn’t be your style.

The bathroom was amazing especially since four of us in the one room. The shower was large with good water pressure and heat. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi.

There were postings about happy hour, food, and music in the elevators for Thursday and Friday night but when we went at 5:30 the music had to be turned down; happy hour really did not have discounts as we thought and hoped and there was no food. We would have purchased the food but it was like every other night on the roof pool area. The jacuzzi was shared by the next door neighbor hotel and people there reportedly complained about music being too loud even though happy hour was only from 5-8.

Terrific view from large balcony - overlooked the street, and could see the bay from room 501. Service was outstanding - i Staff was very helpful - they brought up scissors to the room, helped me find late night snacks, and were very accommodating to my dog. The pool area is gorgeous, with views and bar and activities. The restaurant is also excellent - with bright window seating and good service.

$41 for overnight valet is a bit prohibitive - but again, service was outstanding.

We stayed here for Ultra Music Festival to be within walking distance of Bayfront Park. We loved our luxurious rooms and were very pleased with the friendly staff and service! Breakfast was included with our room--and we never missed a meal because the food was fantastic! We tried nearly every breakfast item during our stay and every dish was delicious! I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Brickell in Miami and the Caña Restaurant on the second floor!

Loved all of the amenities, location, and everything was very comfortable! I love coming here because of the views, location and wonderful pool! The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Lol did I mention the views?:) Hotel staff was also wonderful and always had a smile. Thanks so much, will return again!

Nothing, everything was amazing

I loved my room & the view of the ocean. Moreover, I loved the location as it is in walking distance of the mall & the monorail/metrorail. It's also in walking distance to the grocery store (Publix), convenience store (CVS, 7-ELEVEN) & wonderful cafes & places to eat. Additionally, the amenities such as the fitness room & pool area, was great. Finally, the staff was helpful & friendly. I will definitely stay again.

There were just a minor few glitches such as the phone in my room did not work so if I had a question, I couldn't call down but had to physically go downstairs & make my request. Additionally, there was a spot on the floor that should have been cleaned instead of hidden by a rug. Finally there was a loose plank on the floor. HOWEVER, THOSE WERE ONLY MINOR ISSUES. I did TRULY ENJOY my stay & my wonderful view & would recommend this hotel.

the pool area closed too early they should’ve had music in the pool area they should have activities for the guests housekeeping could be friendly I walked past a numerous house keepers through my stay and no one person acknowledged me and said hello, good morning, nothing

I was on the 18th floor and had a great view across the water, the balcony, big enough to sit out was a great unexpected result. The location was central without being busy, close enough without being too far out, access to the water front was perfect for walking and exercise.

breakfast - slow and expensive - instead I ate all week in the Deli downstairs, Avocado and toast Coffee and Juice $20 bucks !!

Service was excellent The view was of Biscayne so beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very nice if you need extra anything they'll get it for you quickly. The valet guy was so sweet he made me feel at home every time wish I'd got his name. The front desk so nice all day and night the bar attendees so kind and helpful. Service is 100% The place deserves 100 but the cleanliness of our bathroom shower could have been better. There was some staining and smelled of urine. Someone came quickly upon request, but the cleaner didn't do much. The bathroom is big for me. But the service made up for it. The room was clean. The bathroom just needs some work. I wore shower shods.

The hotels cleanliness was the best that I've experienced any where that I've stayed. My room's description was as shown online and the view from my balcony was super relaxing. It area wasnt loud or noisy. I saw residents walking their dogs daily. If you're a dog lover it would be an addiction to the stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious, you must try the Huevo Americanos. The combination of the potatoes and kale was superb.

I wish the pool had been open. This was a major reason I booked this hotel. I wasnt given notice that the pool would be closed until the day befor arriving. When we got there the staff mentioned that the work on the pool had been ongoing but they didn't think it would be incomplete still. If this is the case, this should be advertised online. They did have sister pools that we can use
