Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell, an IHG Hotel

Location is very good, near bunch of restaurants, clubs, water. Good downtown experience Bed - really comfortable and good Mosaico breakfast + staff is amazing as well! One of the best breakfast I've had that you can purchase together w/ reservation

Some guests were a bit disrespectful (shouting at 3-4am, banging doors loudly, disturbing sleep) 6th floor water fountain is in the pool area and not directly connected to the gym, thus if you want to work out at late hours (9p+), you have to bring your own water (faulty design for late night workouts).

The breakfast was excellent and the personnel at the restaurant was amazing and very accommodating. It is just strange the way it was done. We got a voucher for $25/person, so we ended up paying about $4 a day because the coffee brought the bill over $50 (two people at $25/person). The location is amazing, within walking distance of where everything happens.

The elevators were activated by the room card and everybody (customers) had problems. It was very frustrating. Also the front desk did not have any information or a maps about the area and the employees did not seam to know the neighborhood. Finally, the pool open from 8AM to 6PM seems a little restrictive.

The room was large with a separate living area from the bedroom. The shower room was large and the mirror above the wash basin has a backlight that you can switch on and especially good for ladies when applying makeup. The service staff were helpful and obliging whenever I needed something. The hotel location was also very convenient. There were shops and a supermarket within 8-10 mins walking distance.

There was no laundry service which was suspended for whatever reasons and I was not able to find any laundromat nearby, had to buy a small bottle of detergent to do laundry at the wash basin but the stopper of the basin did not hold up any water.

Excellent location, close to the very heart of brickell and bars. Just use the metro or city train (that is free) to move around the city, the station is one block away from the hotel. Cleaning and room service were perfect, loved everything

The bar is only open until 11pm, walls are really thin so you can listen people in the next room but wasn’t that uncomfortable thou. They say they could split the charge between my credit card and my friend credit card but at the checkout they told me that wasn’t possible and that was very disappointing because I wasn’t excepting to use that amount in one plastic.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room and hotel were clean and hand sanitizer is available on every floor. Location was convenient. All in all an enjoyable stay and I would recommend the hotel to a friend. Lovely open air balcony by the pool and gym, located on the 6th floor. Nice area to exercise or relax and enjoy ☺

Although comfortable, the room was alot smaller than I expected. The shower door does not successfully keep the water from dripping out onto the floor. So we had to place towels on the floor all the time. No big deal but just a point to note. There was an ill-timed fire drill that lasted quite long.

Great location about 2 minutes walk from Brickell station and really handy for Publix, bars and restaurants. The coffee machine was not working and the staff handled it brilliantly, they sent a lady from housekeeping who tested the machine and then brought a replacement within about 5 minutes. It was nice that there was a fridge in the room. The pool and restaurant area looked nice but we didn't use them. The front desk staff assisted me in connecting to wi-fi. The bed was really comfortable.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim. No evidence of recycling bins in the room. I found the room a bit pricey, however this was a great price for the location compared to other hotels in the area.

The only reason I have rated so high this time (we have stayed previously and had a disaster) was the fact we were upgraded to a suite. Larger room and better view, plus had a lounge for breakfast. Why did we return? The price is very reasonable and hotel is in a great location.

The rooms are very noisy at night, with thin walls. The hotel attracts younger people who share rooms and are having parties.....this went on until very late.

Indigo hotel its kind of new so everything is on point… The Staff at the front desk were so gentle and nice the nicest was the gentleman working the evening shift!!!!!!!! The bed and the pillows very confy and great quality! The room is Modern style and has everything you need for a good stay!! We are returning very soon for sure!!!!!

Location is great with many restorans and fabulos caffees nearby; it has valet parking(35$ per day) which is convinient for this location. Bed is very comfortble, pool nice and staff is friendly. Great value for the money, I would recommended it definitly.

Only suggestion will be to refill coffee capsules each day.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! The staff was so friendly and thoughtful! The valet let us park our car outside for a bit while we got changed. Then the lady who checked us in upgraded our stay because it was our anniversary! She was so nice! Our room was beautiful, interior was designed well, very appealing. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities really good. Wish we had more time to stay there!
