The lady who checked us in did not explain anything we needed to know for our stay so we had to figure things out on our own.

The service was quick and the room was nice. The restaurant staff was very courteous and I was able to receive my to-go meal very quickly.

The room lights are a bit of a bother, and the room is quite dark. There are no overhead lights in the living room which confused me when I entered. The check-in staff seemed to be very short with me, and didn't even tell me my floor number before turning away to deal with another customer. Luckily, I overheard another staff member telling someone what floor their room was on, and I confirmed with him where my room was located. It was a very jarring start to my stay to feel like I was quickly dismissed as if I was a hassle by the first staff member. Especially on my first stay with this hotel. Every other staff member was kind and courteous to me and I felt very welcomed by them however.

property was easy to access from airport, provided shuttle and had safe long term parking for our vehicle. hotel was clean and comfortable for a night after a long trip.

The rooms are of a good size, the beds comfortable and the food excellent

At lunch you have to eat outisde and it is too hot in August for that.

The hotel is close to the MIA airport, which was the reason for our booking. The accessibility is really very easy and the parking (we had a rental car) is very good. Check-in was smooth and standard. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel as such is a bit in the years and could use renovations here and there. The cleanliness, speziel in the corridors, is poor. A cleaning crew could really use the vacuum cleaner at least once a day to keep things clean, that would be expected of the Hilton hotel. The rooms were appropriate for the age of the hotel, but the beds are very good. For a quick overnight stay or for a two day stay, an absolute good option. The outside pool and the surrounding area are nice, but very noisy due to the airplane traffic. However, the noise is to be accepted, since this hotel is located near the airport.

Our room was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Food and facilities were great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The only downside was paid parking

The pool was beautiful and the views of the lagoon and airport were so nice. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Had convenient restaurants near by.

1. Things seemed outdated or old but I think it is actively being updated since parts of the lobby were closed for construction (October 2022). 2. We brought food to a pool lounge chair and very large iguanas came out interested in the food. We didn't stick around to find out what they wanted. 3. We paid a significant amount for a dinner at the hotel restaurant where we had terrible service. When the check came there was an 18% gratuity added and they did not deserve that. It took 2 hours for our meal and we ordered salads and most tables were empty, so they were not busy to justify the wait for food and drinks.

Free airport shuttle. Location was convenient to MIA. Since our departing plane was delayed in arriving at the airport, we could not make a connection. Had to stay in Miami for an extra night. Fortunately there was a vacancy.

Rooms were a little dated, but views were great. Also no restaurants were open, so we had to order room service. This was an issue since the room phone didn't work properly. Handset did not work, calls could only be made on speaker.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the dining and bar staff. The room was clean and fresh and we had a beautiful view of the pool, lagoon, and waterfront. Overall, it was great.

Um-the Iguanas! There are lots of them roaming through the property outside by the pool, common areas, and poolside bar. I am assuming because people feed them, they are used to being around humans but there are so many of them at times it was overwhelming.
