Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel and Executive Meeting Center

Breakfast, dinner and restaurant staff were great. We had an issue twice with Jennifer Lopez at the front desk. She could not seem to get our room key cards correctly programmed for 10th floor lounge access. We had to go to the desk three times to get it corrected. The second time I actually asked her if it was set up correctly and she said “Yes” but it did not work .

Somewhat old-fashioned. I have known the property for many years and, in my opinion, it has not been updated to modern times

Everything. From the shuttle driver to the restaurant staff, every staff member made us feel welcome.

There is a $5 a day charge to hold items delivered to the hotel, which is not prominently posted on their website.

Free shuttle service from the airport every 15 mins Check in was busy but the line moved quickly. The clerk was nice and helpful. Great customer service. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean The shower is awesome...the pressure was great for me, but too strong for my mother. We missed breakfast because our flight was way too early. Next time I will book a later flight so I can sleep in that lovely comfortable bed. And then wake up and have breakfast.

No fridge or microwave,not a big deal because it was a short stay but maybe next time, assuming I stay longer, that may be a problem. But I'm sure there must be a microwave in the lobby or something but I'm guessing.

Really good choice at breakfast, Location was excellent for us as on arrival at the airport in the evening we were picked up by the airport shuttle. Next morning we we were a short walk to the tri rail station which we were using to transfer to west Palm Beach.. The bus terminal is also a short walk for connecting to Miami city,

Overall a very good hotel for the price! We really enjoyed the pool area which has a nature background which is amazing considering how close it is to the airport. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Location is perfect - easy access to downtown or dolphin mall and close to airport.

The first shuttle was full so we had to wait about 45 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Was a bit annoying. On the way back from the hotel to airport was very smooth though. Also, I wish they had a mini fridge in the bedroom. Using ice buckets is very inconvenient.

The front desk people were so welcoming I felt I went to family house Specially Jennifer Lopez and I believe Anna. When traveling long and arrive at a hotel, one thing most people look for warm welcoming. They are not only welcoming they are also accommodating, they made that hotel not five star out of five but seven stars. Thank You we all we need people around us like this guys.

Welcoming and accommodating and the over all positive energy. The pool is open 24 hrs, a day, very clean and warm. I love swimming and was enjoying the pool almost every day.

Everything was and is OK. We, I and my wife Paula, have been about 5-6 times guests in Sheraton Airport. And we love to be here.

By all means, we were surprised to know that there is no more a shuttle transfer from/to Sheraton to Miami port for our cruise. We remember very well that few years ago we used such facility for some symbolic tax or even free of charge. Strange decision, indeed... Maybe Sheraton administration needs to reorganize such plan.

The proximity to Miami airport is excellent ... their shuttle runs every 15 minutes .. it is a 7 minute walk to Amtrak or various bus companies . I loved the view of the golf course right behind the hotel ... the swimming pool and large outdoor patio were beautiful . Dailen and Jorge Luis in the restaurant were particularlly friendly and helpful . All the folks in reception were always smiling and willing to assist us .

There was only one lamp on the bedside table between the beds , so only one of us had a fairly good reading light .
