Ramada by Wyndham Miami Springs/Miami International Airport

Great location, lovely pool and modern interior spaces. There is a desk on property for very affordable shuttle services to Port of Miami. The staff at the shuttle services desk and reception were very proficient. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected (egg was a bit dry). Considering all I am very satisfied and I highly recommend.

The shuttle bus driver was not courteous. Be sure to stay alert while awaiting pick up at the airport because he speeds by.

We arrive very late in the night and the receptionist offers a late checkout without requesting. Fabulous service from the staff of all areas. The breakfasts is good. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows clean and very comfortable. Location is good, will stay again.

No elevator in the property, consider if you have heavy luggages.

The location was great. Inside the property is a cool Pub and restaurant call Tom's Sports Bar. It was raining hard when we were ready to go to eat at Tom's and when I discovered we did not have to walk outside in the rain it was great. 1 Block away is a iHop for breakfast. The hotel itself has really good vending machines with a range of drinks, coffee, food and various supplies. It has a nice pool and the lobby area is lovely and relaxing to sit around or to do some work. The hotel is just 10 mins from Miami airport and 35 mins to Fort Lauderdale airport very convenient.

The pillows are to hard. You can hear the tenants above if they are walking hard, we had a herd of elephants above us.

It’s very convenient near the international airport of Miami and they have a free shuttle, but only one per hour. I found it sufficient, actually, never had to wait too long at the airport, but it might be luck that we were finished with the immigration just about in time 😉. The reception staff was always kind and helpful, the room and bed are comfortable. there is a good restaurant on site, my husband liked their steak very much.

We stayed at this hotel three separate nights during our trip this time and only on one of these nights was the wifi connection acceptable. The other two. it was slow to non-existent.

The breakfast wasn’t bad. However it need to be switched up a little. It was the same thing every morning. Overall I like the fact their give breakfast. I stayed here to catch a cruise. I was able to take a shuttle from the hotel to go to Miami cruise port. It was only usd$10.00 a person. Very comfortable ride to there

I liked the fact that you had a free shuttle to and from Miami International Airport with this hotel. This hotel was also very close to my Chase bank which i had to visit on this trip. You also had an Mc Donalds restaurant next door and further down the street, you had both IHOP and Denny's restaurants and at least two or three convenience stores to purchase necessary supplies. And the best part for me as an Aviation enthusiast was the fact that you would see airplanes take off from nearby MIA airport!

Transport to/from the Airport is every hour, and a great service, breakfast is available from 6 am and you can help yourself. I have stayed here previously, but it can be a hassle to take luggage up/down stairs. I was first room at top of stairs and people made so much noise going up and down the stairs, and I had to be up at 5.45am for a flight.

Just the noise at night that other guests made on their arrival. Being the first room at the top of the stairs is so noisey.

We came to Miami to go on a cruise. The hotel picked us up from the port and had a room available for us to check in early. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle driver was wonderful. I just can't think of a negative thing to say about this property. I will be looking to book my next room from this property the next time I come to Miami.

I really don't have a negative thing to say about the staff. Its rooms are clean and they beds are comfortable. I will be recommending this property.

Firstly, the room was very tidy, the wifi and cable was excellent and it was quiet. Moreover, it was well organized and the break fast had a variety of foods to cater for the different niche markets, that is, a combination of healthy and unhealthy food (typical American diet) . The atmosphere was welcoming and the environment was clean, and well organized. I would recommend this hotel to any one who visit Miami for a vacation. The staff is kind, jovial, helpful, co operative. Additionally, they possess great communicative and problem solving skills which are essential for the productive continuation of a business. They greet all guests with a smile and demonstates great patience when dealing with clients. They are flexible and try to make all guests feel welcome. Finally, the chefs who prepared the break fast are also jovial and interact positively with the guests to attend to their gastronomical needs. Great establishment and being in such a hotel you feel like you are part of a family. It was worth the money and the AC in the room was fully functional and it worked excellent !Bendiciones siempre!

The hotel met all the expectations. They tried their best so I appreciate the stay, environment and the way how the anciallary staff and those at the receptionist area who worked industriously.

the room was nice , but i did not know the he was going to by a room were there was a lot of traffic in the hallway, were the back door to the parking for the hotel , a lot of talking from the staff , and the slamming of the laundromat doors, that is close by the the hotel room. but otherwise , it was a good hotel. and yes i have been at this hotel befor, and will go back there
