Aloft Miami Airport

The room was everything we needed for a one night layover between flights, comfortable and all facilities needed. Uber was organised by the hotel for transfers to and from airport. Staff were very helpful on finding an issue with the booking. Slept well and returned to the airport following a good nights sleep. Would stay again if transiting Miami.

On arrival the hotel couldnt locate our booking via Booking.Com although I had all the relevant information, fortunately we were able to book another room but not at the price originally booked via Booking.Com so it cost us extra money. Not sure if the booking issue was due to the hotel or Booking.Com

The room was fine...good storage, a working space, a very comfortable bed, a good-sized screen, and a good bathroom. The airport wifi didn't work well when I arrived the day before, so when I flew out, after finishing my work for the day, I was able to enjoy the pool table in the lobby.

I didn't really "not like" anything as Aloft works for me when I travel alone. When traveling with my partner, it's not my first choice as there's no door between the room and the lavatory, so if she's up at night, there will be light and sound that will affect me. Traveling alone...it works perfectly.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Miami Airport. We had an early flight and the location is excellent for that purpose. But we were also pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms are which is especially great when you have a lot of luggage. The hotel also has several restaurants right on location like Starbucks and Chipotle. We were able to pop into the Starbucks just before we drove to the airport.

Just a personal preference of mine that hotels require elevator room-key-access. This one does not, but otherwise it felt very safe.

We had a quick one night stay here during a long layover. The hotel was close the airport, which was great. The room was huge, clean and more than our family of four needed for the night. The breakfast in the morning was nice and loved that the lobby/breakfast area had games for our kids to play with while we ate.

Shuttle service (they use uber) 24 hours would have been great. We arrived after their cutoff hours and had to take an expensive cab ride from the airport to the hotel. Other than this, everything was great.

The room was very spacious. It was very clean as well. Only thing it was missing a microwave. In terms of shuttle, you are only allowed one free ride from the airport and to the airport. Sorry if you have a rental that you planned to return and go back to the hotel. You would need to use a lift or Uber. I left the hotel at about 650am but breakfast wasn’t ready as yet. Lots of places to eat around there.

Their should have a to go bag of breakfast for the early check out.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Prior to staying here as we came for a cruise yet two days earlier and one day after. The 1st stay at hotel YVE was a joke, small, no view and down right bad. So we decided for our final day we will cancel our reservation and find a different room. I'm glad we did and Aloft delivered.

Only bad part was traffic in front of the building. If you can't be an aggressive driver it maybe very tough to maneuver. Luckily for me I grew up driving in Chicago 🤣.

Clean. Modern design. Loved the loft style. Nice views of the airplanes flying by which we enjoyed watching. Housekeeping everyday was superb. We stayed for three days and tipped for housekeeping. Loved getting new towels everyday. I don’t think many hotels do that. The shower felt like a spa. Best soap and shampoos hands down. Wish we could book this place for three more days for birthday coming up soon, but it’s sold out and I can understand why. Check in was a breeze and customer service was excellent. Nice chill vibes.

The hotel felt modern, clean and stylish. The room was absolutely huge! I had everything I needed including an iron and free wifi. The best bit about staying here is the free uber trips to and from the hotel, so I didn't even need to pay for my airport transfers. Great stay.

I only stayed overnight and everything I experienced was pretty decent. No real issues.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Was able to talk directly with the building's general manager, who was attentive and answered any questions I had. The hotel itself was very nice and having a complementary Uber was a huge plus for us coming from the airport.

Only problem I had was it was a bit hard to get into contact with the front desk to have them order your complementary Uber from the airport. You will get an automated system, I believe hitting "0" will direct you to the front desk but that isn't given as an option. After getting in contact with the staff they were very helpful ordering the Uber.

I really appreciated the Uber rides they offered given their shuttle service for the airport was not running due to covid. The room was really big which was nice.

The bathroom was good but the fact that there is only a sliding door with the light being both on the sink and toilet, shower sides make it not very practical when you have to wake up early and don't want to wake up your family sleeping in the same room. I was also disappointed by the "bar/restaurant". They only had pizza and the place itself was not super clean.
