The hotel is a great location for a great price . It is so close to any restaurant or shopping of your choice ! It is located on 41 in great proximity to downtown Ft Myers , Cape Coral , I75 . The room was very clean and the staff was exceptional. There is no fancy lobby , coffee maker or free breakfast but if you’re looking for a great priced , clean room and convenient location this is the place !
Second floor has rooms with a river view but 2 flights of stairs to walk up .

Got an upgrade to a king suite on the second floor, which apparently isn't available online, and that was very spacious. The outside walkway overlooked the pool and the river behind that. Very quiet as that room was on the backside.
The environment around the hotel was a little rough but I didn't have any direct problems or negative interactions with anyone so no impact to my stay.

This place was priced right, the back has a river view, and it was CLEAN!!! The room smelled fresh when we stepped in and- I automatically take out my cleaner to wipe down all bathrooms- but this one was spotless! Even in those hard to reach and hidden places! The housekeeping woman was so sweet and the desk clerk jumped out and helped with my HUGE suitcase I was bringing up the stairs! They create a nice atmosphere, and you see it in tbe other guests. Great experience! I will be visiting again!

Price is good for what you pay. No amenities but at that price who cares.
If your not from area you might be hesitant to stay because it is a lower end hotel not I'm from Chicago so it didn't bother me. Some bums in area not hotels fault..

The view of the river in the back of hotel. Perfect to just leave the curtain up and door open when the weather is right.
Rates are affordable. Rooms are remodeling. Beds are pillow top. Smart t.v.'s. Only a $50 deposit is required considering all others in surrounding area are $100-$200.

Suprisingly nice and clean on the inside. Facilities also pretty good. Very comfortable beds.
A cup would be nice. Now there are only thin plastic cups, so still cannot even make a coffee or tea in the room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly the cleaning people also did a great job...
There was a cat in the room next to us and I believe it sprayed on the ac unit... Our room smelled like cat urine.
