Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Cape Coral

We moved here from Sanibel because of the Hurricane Ian evacuation. The hotel staff did an outstanding job during the 12 hours or so of hurricane force winds on Wednesday 28 September, providing lots of support and keeping things running as far as they were able as we lost power, internet and water during the course of the day. They even managed to produce a range of breakfast items on Thursday morning, which was the last thing I'd expected. A huge well done to everyone, especially as they must all have been concerned about their own family, friends and homes.

We loved the breakfast especially the belgium waffles. Never had one before and i never knew how special these type of waffles are compared to the regular waffles. The place was clean and very nice. Staff was very professionl and kind

It was great , my only complaint is the bed. Maybe its the bed but maybe its our backs that are prone to aches with bed changes. It could've been a little firmer

loved the cookies and breakfast daily the staff were so thoughtful and nice. I had one problem and they took care of it. The pool was awesome

I think Housekeeping forgot about us until I had to go down to the front desk .

breakfast was the standard fair, location was great near everything we wanted to do, the bed was comfortable the room was very clean, pretty quiet area

breakfast could have been better, but everything was fresh, more choices would have been nice, room was a bit small, one office chair, one small wing style chair, not very comfortable

Slightly more selection would be nice, but the food it’s self was great

Sheets could have been softer and the elevator worked fine but made noises like it won’t for much longer… they were worrisome. Also a hotel sponsored travel option to get to the beaches would be nice, we spent more on Ubers than we did our rooms

We were celebrating my wife's birthday. I really enjoyed the Sanibel beach and the Downtown Forty Meyers! The hotel room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The reception staff always received very well, fast check-in and a very good breakfast. Well located hotel with easy access to the beaches or downtown Fort Meyers. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Didn't know the area beforehand. Dinner restaurant and amenities were close by. Breakfast unattended.

Breakfast could have lasted longer. (Kidding, we definitely woke up late) Was woken up multiple times by some loud thumping noise. Not the fault of staff, they attempted to find source but could not.

I have stayed here before and the service and staff have always been professional and helpful.

There needs to be a light on the desk work area to give proper lighting.

Staff was very helpful. We came for a graduation and wanted to have a late checkout so we could put on comfortable clothes to fly home. They were very accommodating.

Bathroom was small.

I was able to check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. although we didn’t swim the pool looked lovely. the location was perfect, plenty to do and very close to the airport.
