Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Myers-Colonial Boulevard

I suffer from Mcs (multiple chemical sensitivity) and fragrance sensitivity. I get very sick when I smell any kind of fragrance. I was so happy to walk into the lobby and not be overwhelmed by fragrance being everywhere. I will definitely always stay at a Hampton from now on. And I was even able to use the towels, sheets, pillows… etc . I always pack my own but this time they stayed in the suitcase. Also every employee I passed was wonderful. It was probably the best hotel I have stayed in

Location. Clean. Very helpful staff

Very noisy. We were on 2nd floor. It sounded like the other people around our room were gathering outside our door talking, arguing very loudly until at least 11pm. First time I have ever encountered this and we travel alot.

All nice and clean, large enough room with 2 Queen for 4 persons. On the house breakfast with fresh waffles. Pool small but nice and clean.

From European perspective the typical American breakfast with plastic cutlery and paper plates.... creating a lot of unnecessary waste :-(

We felt at home at the Hampton Inn - Ft. Myers Colonial. We were greeted by staff each time that we entered the lobby. Food was good, snack bags for outings, and clean rooms and quiet nights to sleep.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I was so very impressed with The wonderful, helpful, courteous staff. Along with the cleanliness, the extravagant breakfast Buffett, and the most comfortable of rooms. We most definitely enjoyed every minute we were able to spend at The Hampton inn.

The staff was great, my husband really enjoyed the eggs at breakfast and the room was big.

The walls are thin and when someone was entering the room next door it sounded like they were coming into my room. The room was expensive but with the recent hurricane I am sure it drove prices up

Our flight was delayed for hours, and when I contacted the hotel they could not have been nicer and assured me we would have a room waiting for us. The flight delay made us lose our rental car. The front desk girl was helpful in locating a near by rental car office. Food was good too!

I appreciated the fact that we could still get the complimentary breakfast. It was not "buffet style" but we told the lady what we wanted (items are chosen from a menu) and she put together our plates. The food was tasty and hot. The room was comfy and spacious. The hotel was in good condition and clean. The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The bathroom was stocked with everything we needed and was spacious and clean. The shower was amazing! The water was hot and the water pressure was excellent.

One of the beds had a bit of a tilt to it so it seemed that your head was lower than the rest of your body when you laid down. The bed itself was clean and comfy. There must have been a convention or something and many of the other guests had children that were noisy and ran up and down the hallways. The noise began at 6:00 until they left the hotel and then resumed around 8:00 when they returned. But this says more about the guests themselves than the hotel!

Location to our destination. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was nicely appointed, a good size and clean. No complaints whatsoever. The only issue was that we requested a room with 1 king bed and were given a room with what we think are 2 doubles. Since we were only here for 1 night, we never mentioned it. The continental breakfast that was included was a nice surprise..

Everything was clean. They are going above and beyond to be sure everything meets Covid-19 guidelines. We were impressed with the staff, everyone from the staff who checks you in to the cleaning staff. We will be staying here again. Thank you to everyone.

We wish the heater to the pool had been working. It was a little too cool for us to get in the pool without it being heated. However other people were swimming so I guess it was fine for some. This was not a major deal breaker though. We still enjoyed our stay.
