It was clean and good shape, Staff was friendly and helpful, Free breakfast was a nice touch . Good value for the dollar. Didn’t get to use amenities since we were in town for my fathers funeral and it was a short stay.

View from window …facing buisness. Saturday evening we went to bed to a baby crying next door and awoke to a dog barking in the morning every 6 - 10 seconds for about 25 mins

I love checking in and getting a quick cup of coffee. It is available all day long. The beds are soft and comfy. Facilities are clean. Easy in and out of parking lot and whats better than complimentary breakfast to get you ready for the day? This is a great value. It is the second time we stay and it is my go-to when I am in Cape Coral.

Superb breakfast buffet included Complimentary coffee and tea with fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Even though it was located in an area with busy city traffic, there was no noise we could hear in our room! So quiet! Outdoor Pool was area was clean and enjoyed the water. Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Bathroom was a bit outdated but very clean. Needs renovation.

The hotel ia always clean and for the most part the staff is professional.

The cost of the hotel is on the high side. The breakfast is at best terrible. Only 2 handicap parking spaces, not enough in an area that caters to the elderly.

The location was good for us as we were visiting family and the hotel was nearby. The breakfast was pretty good and everything was clean

The price was pretty ridiculous. Over $300 per night is just unreasonable, although I realize everyone jacked up their rates due to the hurricane

The hotel staff here were exceptional from the front desk to the manager and the breakfast lady took excellent care of me and let me eat early since I had to go Im Touring the USA ON MY Harley. And have to travel early

Honestly nothing. This was our second time staying there. We travel to Cape Coral every year to visit my sister, and this is our hotel choice for our visit.

there was no hot water. had to take barely warm quick showers.

I enjoyed the layout very spacious and comfortable they had the room sealed with a label we had to break which made me feel comfortable that is was sanitized and unopened until we checked in same for the remote control. Breakfast was good but would recommend more toasters to allow more people to be up there and socially distant at the same time. Staff was super friendly very knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to talk to.

I wish they kept the refrigerator and freezer colder it did take a while to cool things down in the fridge from our cooler.

Breakfast was the usual hotel fare with lots of choices. The server was vas very friendly. We were located close to services, as requested and the clerk was able to find a shower chair for my husband.
