Breakfast selection and quality very good. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

There are hotels at airports where you don't hear a thing. Being beside I-75, I thought this facility would have better soundproofing than it did. It was very noisy at night - not an issue for some but could be for sound sensitive people. And we were on the quiet side of the building. Ear plugs were provided!

The location and facilities were nice. I only wish our pet-friendly room had been on a lower floor and closer to the exit door. However, I loved the little grassy area for dogs, and also that we could gain access back through the exit door with our key card. This is not the case in other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Due to the location of our room facing the side of a busy highway, we found it extremely noisy. It might have been helpful to have heavy drapes which closed to block some of the noise. The room only had sheer drapes and heavier decorate drapes that didn’t close.

We select a Hampton Inn because of its predictably. Nice room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. They even had fresh fruit! And they have resumed daily housekeeping service!

It's close to the highway, so you do hear traffic. Also, the lighting in the room is insufficient if you like to read.

Evelyn was delightful when we checked in! One evening we asked about the fresh baked cookies they sometimes have. Due to covid, they stopped this extra. But the clerk decided to give us a package of cookies - a nice, personal gesture!

Some front desk people don't understand customer service. Twice we were standing in front of the person waiting to ask a question, and instead of asking the phone caller to hold for a moment, they continued to ignore us. The person standing in front should take priority over the caller.

The stay here was awesome. The rooms were clean, smelled nice, cool, comfortable and quite. The breakfast was great the 24 hour coffee and tea stand was always full and hot 🔥. I would recommend 👌🏽 this hotel..... I give it a 10.

And liked and enjoyed everything keep doing what you are doing.

We had an okay stay what we didn't like was the $150 up charge for the days we stayed compared to one week prior. It's a bit greedy too upcharge when you know things are going on in your area, Hampton Inn already charges plenty for what you offer. You didn't offer us anything more this weekend as you did last weekend but you charged $150 more not good business practice Hilton group in general.

The entire hotel was nice. Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and the ladies were great who was working in kitchen area.

Clean, good breakfast, we enjoy our stay. It was a family weekend.

The staff is super nice except for one women on the breakfast buffet who I don’t really understand why is she working if she doesn’t like her job.
