Hotel was very clean, rooms a great size with all you could need. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a real bonus and kept clean too. Breakfast was a great selection and served hot and fresh ( continental style ) Easy access to all amenities snd onside free parking with lots of space

Unfortunately, our encounter on checking in was not easy nor pleasant. The booking had been paid for in advance and on checking in was advised they required $100 security deposit. Although not made aware of this at the time of booking it seemed reasonable. However, as an international traveller, my card was not being accepted for some reason, she refused to take cash and reluctantly took my partners card for deposit saying we don't normally allow third party payments ?????? Note we were together, booked in same room and a couple. She was quite rude, no eye contact, no apology, nothing.....not a great welcome at all. However, I must say the rest of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and polite.

check in was quick but the near elevators were broke. We were suggested to go around to the back but chose to walk the hall to get to the other elevators. The room was clean and tidy, bed comfy, tv a bit awkward but fine. Breakfast was simple but free so we weren't complaining. Thanks for a good stay. We will look you up again when we need to travel.

The elevator was broken near our room. It was a very very long day of driving and we didn't arrive till after 11 pm. It was suggested we take our bags outside again and around to the back near another elevator. there were also no trollies or carriers to help us.

I loved the set back in a cul-de-sac setting. Semi private. Our room for the price was super nice! Breakfast was really decent. And the staff was really friendly.

If I had to complain about something, Would be would be the elevator inside door, It looked liked they tried to clean it and it stripped the shine off of it. It looks smeared. But really that's the only thing I noticed bad.

The facility and room was nice and accomodating.

Parking for guests. We had no where to park. Vehicles with towed trailers or large trucks took up multiple parking spaces throughout the entire parking lot, possibly consider a parking lot for vehicles and guests with such. That way the regular parking lot can still fit to accommodate regular vehicles for guests.

Our room was nice and large.Nice accommodations Breakfast was good.. always plenty of food Manager was out and about. Very friendly

A few stained spots on carpeting 4th floor However there was never ever any doggy odor. Outside sprinklers at courtyard went off while I was trying to sit outside and eat breakfast.Needless to say I got wet.How about setting the sprinklers at night???

Staff wasn’t around at check out. Waited several minutes for someone to eventually come to the desk and had an attitude about me wanting to check out. I called the front desk while I waited and let it ring for several minutes to see if that would bring someone around, nope. Acted like I was stupid to wait there. Maybe I was ignorant of check out process but I didn’t want to just leave without some acknowledgment. Ad listed for this hotel says “ free continental breakfast”. We’ll, thats not the case. The room and bed was comfortable but smelled musty.

the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. loved the fact that there was 2 tvs.

wish there was more of an assortment for breakfast. also there needs to be better doors that actually latch close. we had a room by the i75 and could hear most of the traffic.

Room was nice, clean. Staff was very nice and professional.

Elevator was clean but had a strange odor constantly. First impressions are important. When arriving, went to the lobby restroom and was clean, however, floor grout was dirty looking due to age and it just gets that way over time. For not too much effort it could be cleaned to white or painted then sealed to keep it looking new. It; would make the floor look brand new. Pool closed at 8pm so due to our schedule, we never got to use. 10pm or later would be more in line with competition.

This hotel is close to the airport and the free airport shuttle is a great feature. The staff were kind and helpful, so pleasant to be with. When we were headed home, we drove into Sanford the night before our flight, dropped off our car at the airport and took the shuttle to the Best Western, and back out the next morning. Easy! We kept commenting that the building was very well maintained, clean and functional. The decor was very pretty as well. I loved the white textured bedspread and shower curtain (I would have bought them for my own house.) Very nice, understated taste in a time when loud colors and modern design prevail in most places. And, thanks for the bag breakfast. Some places we stayed advertised free breakfast, but didn’t provide one in these COVID times. We will visit this Best Western again! - Carol Mendicino

Had a very comfortable bed. Was a nice spacious room. Room had a very nice desk/work station.

Hotel was sold out. Very little parking. Parked in back of facility with employee parking(was told I had to go park there). LOOOOOOONG walk to front desk. Was told I could not park out front near large entranceway, Left early in the morning and there were 10 cars parked where I was told I could not.
