Hilton Ocala

Everything from the check-in to the shower was exceptional. The beds are large and comfy with large pillows and comforters. I have to give a shot out to the staff as they were so pleasant even though we were checking in at midnight. The late check-out was a blessing and sleeping in was wondeful...

Everything was beyond expectation with the site. As for Hilton in general...I've been informed that Hilton Honors will not honor rewards for loyalty if you book through a third party (Booking.com) I've stayed with Hilton more than 11 times in the past year and guess what NO HONORS Shame on you for finding a loophole to screw people out of being loyal to you while you are being loyal to yourselves...

the whirlpool was nice and relaxing

the dinner was ok , the atmosphere was pretty. the bar are and lounge looked relaxing at first but very, very loud as it is so open that it made it hard to hear and conversation at dinner was null and void as it was almost impossible to hear the wait staff. mind you there was a large group with a lot of children running throughout the bar and dining area so it felt kind of like they took over the entire space with no consideration for the other patrons. that is not the fault of the hotel but more so of the group responsible. it did cause me to not want to be in the lounge area of the hotel for the remainder of my stay.

The hotel's location was great, not far off the Hwy and easy to find. We liked having the horse pasture out back where we could drink coffee and watch them in the pasture. The pool was nice, but not as clean as one would expect from a Hilton. The staff we encountered were AMAZING!! Should we find ourselves in Ocala again, we'll definitely stay at the Hilton, again.

The breakfast buffet was a little misleading. There were muffins and fruit sitting out front, and the serve-yourself breakfast with eggs, meat, and such were all hot and accessible. However, it was not a complimentary breakfast - and quite pricey for the quality. I just felt that having information about the cost of the breakfast would be nice to have when you arrive at the "restaurant." We were a bit caught off guard, as it was $75.00 to feed the four of us.

The staff & hotel were great.

When we arrived at the hotel they couldn't find the reservation anywhere in their system & had to pay extra for a room (that was later refunded). A little while after check-in they finally found our reservation but booking.com listed it with my name backward. Thank goodness for the awesome staff that took the time to investigate further.

There was a supervisor on duty who was able to get to the bottom of the problem and credit my bank account. The establishment was very nice and clean. Recently updated or the upkeep is superb! Bathroom was very very clean and the room was fresh. I noticed that the bedding had a slight odor but not terrible. We will definitely stay here again!!

Over charge of $400.00 on my card.The room was $130.34 plus a $50.00 deposit that you will receive back after check out. I happened to check my account before going to bed and realized my account had been charged and extra$400.00=$580.34 The night auditor found the error right away

The desk staff was great. A woman with long hair, sorry I do not remember her name. And I believe there was a gentleman from maintenance with blond hair that got us water so we did not have to wait in line. Good job!

I had no complaints. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This shows me that management cares about their people and that makes a huge difference!

Location was great. Did not eat at restaurant. Kudos to the woman at check in. Line was long when I arrived and thought there should be more than 1 checking in. But she went the line in lightening speed. Very efficient employee and very good at her job as well.

Stayed on executive level. There was a family next door so it was a little noisy. Nothing terrible just not what I expected.

We asked for an early check in and they got us in early. The beds were super comfortable. We got our best night sleep of the whole trip. The entire hotel was clean. We enjoyed getting a little more sunshine beside a nice pool and hot tub.

The toilet in the room was running all the time. I fixed it and will probably save them a lot of money on their water bill. They probably owe me money but I was happy with our stay as everything else was nice.

The staff was kind and friendly..every single person we met. The facilities were beautiful and clean! The pool was clean and they even have horses in the back..that you can feed..the front desk gives you food for them! How cute!!!

We love the inviting lobby and the relaxing bar and seating area at this hotel. We have stayed here a few times now. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Horse and carriage is always fun to see.

Rooms are a little dated and could use a little facelift including removing the carpet and replacing with tile or vinyl flooring like some of the newer hotels.
