Everything!! The staff was so very friendly and helpful, with whatever I was asking of them.

The Parking Fee , I feel I’ve already spent a good amount of money to stay there and then at checkout I was advised there was a fee. I feel it’s a disservice to charge people who are wanting to stay at your facility. Parking should be free.

It was clean and the pool area was nice.

I was shocked to see the pet area. it was so small and there wasn’t any grass, just mulch/bark. My little chihuahua had a hard time walking on it. Very disappointing at the lack of thought for our pets.

This hotel was amazing and the cleanest beachfront I’ve ever seen.

I didn’t like that there were additional fees once I was checking in (ex. Parking) it’s not a big deal but I wish it had of been told to me upfront

I have stayed multiple times now, I absolutely love it and don't plan to ever stay anywhere else.

The hotel in general, the staff, cleanliness, accommodations, rooms are GREAT!

Everything was very clean and fresh.

The balcony door frame required you to step up to go out or in, lots of stubbed toes!

We needed a handicap room and it was perfect on the ground floor, 114. It was easy to get outside. The view of the beach was a 10. The staff were very good. The breakfast staff was a 10. I enjoyed Mr Kind, talking with him in the morning as he made sure guests had everything. The hotel has a very good location. Size of the hotel was nice, not crowded with quests coming in and out all of the time. The hotel was recommended to us by family who had stayed there. We will recommend staying there as well. I recommend a 10.

Wify connection.Kids were unable to use PlayStation and that was a very important request we asked for. We were under the impression wify meant we could hook up but the front office said that was not an option. Kids were VERY dissatisfied and disappointed

The grounds were well kept, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were great.

They are extremely strict with parking. Our friend received a late night call that their car would be towed if they did not go down and place the pass on the rear view mirror (we went to dinner and they forgot to hang it back up). Although the hotel had tag # make model name etc. and knew the driver was staying 2 nights they were going to have the car towed regardless. I forgot my hair dryer and was very thankful to find one in the cabinet....until I attempted to use it; barely blew any air at all.
