It is at a great Location. Very Nice people.

Beach rentals too expensive. Time to get back to normal - cost of room up 30% and services cut: room service, daily room cleaning - self parking charge ??! Really. Pandemic is over. I’m sure motel making $ by limiting such services but prices too high IF still cutting services.

The breakfast choices were fantastic, my 4 year was so excited for chocolate m&m waffles!

I took a shower on the morning of my check out (1 night stay) & noticed the last guests washcloths were hanging on the shower curtain rod still. It was evident the shower curtain that was in their room during their stay hadn’t been changed out. One can only hope the sheets and such were!

The location, beach access is perfect. The rooms were clean and cool. Breakfast was really good.

Parking is horrific. If you leave, good luck getting a parking space when you come back which, by the way, cost $15 per night. Clean bath towels are tricky. Place your dirty towels in the blue bag outside your door to be collected (before 11 am) and receive clean towels by 5 PM. Returned to the room at 8 PM, no towels. Front desk will not give them to you, fill out a request card for housekeeping. See housekeeping with a cart load of clean towels, nope, fill out a card. We were just sent around in circles. Bottom line, received clean towels twice during a 5 night stay.

The pools were nice. The beach was great. Rooms were comfortable. The breakfast bar was fantastic as well as the staff working it. They were on top of keeping everything stocked and clean. I'd give them a raise!

Getting chairs and an umbrella were a bit pricey. Lots of people used them and didn't pay later in the day. I did like the fitness center, but there was nothing to clean of the machines - ex. spray, wipes. I asked the girl at the front desk about it, and she said "we don't have wipes in the gym". I complained about the sweaty people all over everything and no way to clean anything, so she handed me a wipe. On the last day I was there, I saw a handful of wipes in the gym. Good start!

Friendly and professional staff, two Pools s beachfront, breakfast was plenty of and really good, hit and fresh every morning. Staff checking the property and food staff checking areas. Front desk very nice and on the first night we arrived really early we talked to Mike and he was very helpful. Thank you Mike! Morning front desk very professional and helpful Management must be doing something Right for everyone to be doing an excellent job. Morale is high. Pizza Guys did a great job as well.

$120.00 for two umbrellas and four beach chairs is too much, but I guess everything is up now days.. I would recommend to the guys to add an extra chair or umbrella to make it look like a good deal… We stayed in room 317 and there were constantly kids and babies crying, there was a couple that sounded like they were drunk and screaming at each other being loud. I did not complain to front desk because though. Was too tired and went to sleep late.

Beautiful beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants and close to Alvin’s Island stores where you can buy anything needed for the beach. Beach service is also available for a fee. 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella. Crabs by the Sea has an outdoor bar area for drinks and food. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection of different items. Pool side bar in the afternoon on the property was nice.

Honestly I had no complaints. We didn’t use the hotels beach towels but the process seemed a little over the top with a towel card. Towels see,ed to be in short supply but I brought my own so it didn’t matter to us. They do allow dogs to stay at the hotel but we enjoy dogs so it wasn’t a problem for us

The location was amazing and there wasn’t a bunch of party people staying there so it was nice and family friendly. The breakfast was good and they had a great selection.

The only thing I did not like was Sunday 5/14/23 on Mother’s Day morning there was a really load bass music that was so loud and obtrusive while I was trying to rest and sleep in on my Mother’s Day vacation at the beach. It went on for hours and was so so incredibly obnoxious and loud.
