All of the staff I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Offering a shuttle ride to anywhere in the area for free was also a wonderful surprise. The hot water in the showers was always immediate and available

The price of the food at the bar was a little high but to be expected for a hotel, I wish there would have been an area outside for laying out in a bathing suit

The location was great. I was within 10 miles of everything I needed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very satisfying.

The first room I was in had an issue. It made me and my 2 daughters very uncomfortable and upset. However, when I went downstairs and expressed my concerns to the staff they moved quickly without any questions moving us to a more comfortable and acceptable room. The staff was really awesome.

We had a few issues at check in, our room was the last one left and the AC was out, which was a huge bummer. However, the staff was very kind and accommodating, they got us a box fan and a swamp cooler for our room. They refunded us half the room rate as well and gave us 18k points for a free night in the future. Overall, it was a good stay. We were only here for one night, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The staff was very kind and I understand that they did everything they could to make it a good night for us!

The hotel and staff were very swett about me traveling with my pet-also, it is nice when a hotel delivers on having food and drinks available when they say they will

They were clearly struggling with several maintenance issues-our toilet ran all night and the shades were coming apart, but they were trying to fix other rooms as well-I am sure they were short staffed like everyone these days

Great staff, restaurant food was good

Breakfast was pretty bad. There were some really bad breakfast sandwiches that I'm sure came out of a box. There was a bit of fruit and cereal.

Breakfast was excellent the room was very clean and tidy.

The front desk guy pretty much judged us when we walked in the door I really didn't like his approach to me. Then he stated I didn't have a reservation so I had to show him my confirmation information. And then he still had an excuse saying they had it backwards but it wasn't backwards.

Room felt and looked clean, no musty odor, hand rails in tub were a BIG plus, beds were comfortable enough for a couple of nights stay, staff was very nice, lobby and outside were clean/neat, plenty of lighting at night, appeared to be a safe area.

The lotion in the bathroom was rank. Couldn't use. I had to wash it off my hands. I didn't try the shampoo, probably was ok.

I asked for a late check out because my wife was having a procedure done. Our original time for the procedure was 11am and then it was pushed to 4. The hotel accommodated us to check out at 2pm so we could just grab a quick lunch and then go.

Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. My departure plane was delayed the day of check out and the staff allowed me to stay in the room beyond the checkout hour. Awesome hospitality.

Having to leave. I could have stayed for another day. I missed having a chance to check out the meals.

The hot breakfast sandwiches. The staff was great. The location and security. You could not hear the planes at all.

We were not able to check in at 1:30pm. The sheets were unclean and had to get new ones sent up. The floor was visibly stained and needs carpet cleaned. The lamp shades were dirty and so was the phone. I brought wipes and spray to clean the room.
