Homewood Suites by Hilton Pensacola Airport-Cordova Mall Area

Clean and comfortable with good complimentary breakfast. I was a little bit disappointed with complimentary dinner though. It was too simple.

There was one one shampoo set for 4 people for 2 night stay and 4-5 towel sets. When I asked more towels, one of the cleaners said I have to bring them dirty ones to get new ones. I asked extra pillows ( for sofa bed) and pans ( pan was missing), they brought them through room service which was a little bit strange. I was interrupted by them many times because of that delivery and cleaners who was asking about our checking time. I already informed them I was going to leave at 12:30 but two people were knocking door to ask us and one phone call from the desk to ask us the same questions. They were hard workers and seemed to take care of facilities very well but they need to communicate each other better.

Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were great! Room was clean! I did leave a tip for cleaning staff, hope they got it.

Bed was hard, very uncomfortable. I thought there was a bar there, I guess I did not read the amenities correctly. I also believed, was told that one could get a ride via shuttle to Cordova mall, not the case.

Hotel was very nice. Great room and amenities and a convenient location to most everything. Overpriced.

The breakfast was subpar. The food was cold and not much variety. Have had much better breakfast at a much cheaper hotel. The food needs to be kept hot. Very disappointed.

The staff was very accommodating and hard-working. The gentleman who picked me up at the airport also fixed my television. He was very courteous. The food was unexpectedly very good and the service was impeccable. Also, I appreciated the kitchen amenities in the room.

They need new carpet in the corridors and the elevators. There is only so much the staff can do with it.

I was skeptical about some of the reviews, but I’m glad I decided to book here. The one bedroom king suite accommodated my husband and I, and our three children. The room was clean, nicely updated, and provided all the essentials. I was well pleased with our stay and would definitely book here again.

Loved our stay and we are sad to leave. The breakfast ladies were so sweet and accomodating! Thank you for doing such a good job. Made for a wonderful vacation! See you again for sure!!

The room with the kitchen was comfortable, convenient and made it feel like home.

Besides the food being absolutely delicious considering COVID-19 situation, the staff was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you ALL FOR such a great experience! We will be back and will definitely spread the word on such GREAT SERVICES! Again THANK YOU!!!!
