Rooms and property were up to date and clean. Staff was courteous. Beds were alright. The continental breakfast wasn't much. Juice machine was out of order. Not much available other than making yourself a waffle. Or having an apple or toast. They have the facilities to do a good breakfast, they just don't. Staying 3 nights we would have enjoyed being able to have more breakfast choices offered.

Looked like an average type of place, but once in the room we were blown away by how clean and up to date it was. Nice hardwood floors and super clean bathroom. Well beyond our expectations.

I lost my glasses and we left unlocked unlocked all over the hotel room. We gave up and went and got in our car and I look to the left and I see the cleaning lady coming holding my glasses.!!

Overall, I was very please with my stay. The rooms were considerably spacious and for the most part clean. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
My only complaint was that there was a used coffee bag in the coffee maker, other than that, everything was great.

Location easy to find my husband said it was small and ok for a small town inn
The bathroom was not cleaned properly. They advertise breakfast including it is closed. So breakfast was not included. Maid walked in on us about 4:30pm after we checked in said sorry I didn't know it was occupied.

Remote was broke. Kept getting phone calls from people trying to reach front office. Apparently the number attached to my room was the old office number.

Both front desk clerks need more training and customer service. Both have poor attitudes. The first clerk when I checked in didn't give me a copy of my receipt. The second clerk was very rude on the phone when I was checking to make sure I didn't have to pay a deposit.

Everything was great. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean. Staff was great. I had booked and when I got there I ask for a bottom room and he found me a room on bottom floor. So I thank him very much.
