The GM called the police on my godson because he was sitting in the car. He was told someone felt intimidated because he was a black guy. Instead of verifying if he was staying at the facility the police was called at 1230p. That could’ve gone very wrong! People need to get over themselves. The kid was just sitting a car that had been parked in the parking lot for 3 days. Racism is real!

The staff were excellent.

The breakfast was the same scrambled eggs and turkey sausage everyday. For a one week stay, that was disappointing.

The room was clean, the facilities that the room included were super convenient and worked perfectly fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a small inconvenience with my name in the booking process but they still were really understanding, helpful and driven to prevent me from having a disappointing experience. The staff is also knowledgeable about the surrounding area so if you're there and don't know where to go, ask the front desk people for a suggestion!

The water's pressure from the shower is definitely a little on the harsher side. Definitely doesn't take away from the experience, especially if you prefer a harsher water pressure. Besides that, there is nothing else to complain about.

Beautiful up-to-date room, tons of square footage. There was also many restaurants in the area in which to choose.

This is petty, but I missed the book in the room that told me more information about the hotel amenities.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good amount of food from which to choose. Eggs, turkey sausage, fruit, hot/cold cereals, etc. Plenty of coffee and rolls, bagels and pastry.

Comfortable and spacious room near the Amtrak Auto Train station. Grab and go breakfast provided. Cleanliness seemed to be a priority. Extra sofa and table and chairs seating were a plus.

The room was very noisy between the heating/cooling and the refrigerator/ice maker! Had to go search a bit for nearby restaurants that offered takeout. No ice machine on premises, and the ice maker in the fridge took almost 4 hours to produce ice!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel in over a year. It was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. I 100% will stay here again. Full kitchen to cook in except an oven but it was great. I didn’t even want to leave.

We liked having a separate living room and kitchenette with a microwave a dishwasher. We had our dogs with us, and the area was perfect for long walks and for running. The sidewalks were clean and tree lined

The bathroom area could have been a little larger, but that was not a huge problem.

Excellellent stay; Rooms and common areas super clean; Staff kind and very professional; Value more than ok; Easy access from the room to outside for walking the dog Huge king bedroom; Only one negative note: there is no honey at breakfast... ; )
