SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando North-Sanford

The staff were so kind and incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a bonus and a real time saver. Imran and Felicia are amazing. They literally saved our stay.

Booking never let us know our rooms could be sold by the hotel directly to other customers. When we arrived at 6:30pm we were told they only had a room for us for 1 of our 3 nights. I panicked. The front desk staff were very understanding and managed to allow us to have a room that had likely been placed on their out of service list for maintenance. The stress was not worth saving $10 a night. So be aware.

The breakfast were mostly good. I loved that there was a hot water carafe from which the water didn't taste like coffee. I am a hot tea drinker and do not like coffee. The staff were wonderful, including making good recommendations.

The bathroom smelled mildewy. It needed to be bleached. The room was extremely humid. It was difficult to air dry clothes and towels. One of the lights did not work right.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The young man that works the front desk is nice and professional. All staff are. It’s just nice to see that some of the younger ones have professionalism and are friendly.

Not much of a variety for breakfast.

Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who checked us in, but he was extremely professional, friendly, and super helpful. He is a big part for my rating. He was awesome👏. Location was a plus as well.

The location and cleanliness. It's located near many restaurants and shopping stores including the mall. The room was very clean and spacious

The breakfast it wasn't my type of preference but the cranberry juice was really good. I would like to see alternatives for example offer pork and turkey sausage.

How spacious the rooms were. We loved the location, close to the mall and close to where our daughter lives whom we were visiting.

The breakfast included was extremely mediocre, not very high quality.

Bed was very, very comfortable. Room was clean. AC was not loud nor was it overly cold. We prefer warmer temps.

We had to unplug things so that we could both plug in our CPAP machines. Really could use more outlets on either side of the beds. There was only one regular coffee in the room with 3 decafs. Luckily, we were on the bottom floor and could go to the lobby for some coffee. A lower coffee table, or an ottoman would have been nice so we could elevate our legs while watching TV.

The proximity to stores and restaurants was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. it had a great wheel in shower for my elderly mother.

The room and bathroom was very dark. Also, I wish they would have had another mirror besides the one in the bathroom.

The room was very spacious and comfortable I booked last minute so I think that’s why it was a little more expensive and when I checked in the guy was super friendly. It was nice and quiet as well.
