Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Orlando - Sanford

Great location. Very quiet. Really clean.

Food left in refrigerator from previous guest. Two maids walked in on us without knocking. I believe one was the supervisor. They said that they didn't realize the room was rented and they did apologize. They should always knock first before walking in.

This hotel is located near hotels and grocery stores and about 10/15 minutes from Sanford airport. The room was amazing! It was huge, very clean, really comfortable beds and a recliner! Has a nice little kitchen, however you must ask at front desk for anything you need. There aren’t any utensils at all in kitchen, not even a coffee pot and cups. It would be nice if front desk mentioned that when you checked in. That’s a pretty small detail, but when your exhausted after a long day, one extra trip downstairs to sort things out isn’t fun. There is only coffee and a muffin in the breakfast area in the morning. Staff was friendly.

The desk person, Chantille. was very courteous and professional in explaining the issue about the unnecessary early check-in cost added to my bill and how it would be corrected at check-out!

The so-called extra charge of "checking in early" at midnight for $128 was NOT very well explained!! I asked how can it be an early check-in charge when I'll be checking out in less than 12 hours? Not really any good explanation and the clerk did NOT try to contact anyone about the absurd extra charge!

It was very clean and love the amenities in the room. The floors were luxury vinyl plank so very clean and full size refrigerator. Glass cooktop. And very important for this area, they have soft water when i took a shower, so did not leave a film on me and hair after. Beds were very comfortable, desk, large screen television and convenient places to charge my devices. Air conditioning worked very well in my room also which is important to me

Nothing I didn’t like

The place is cozy and convenient in its posit to Walmart and other stores in the surrounding area. In addition, the rooms have refrigerators and cooktop ranges for my comfort to cook and prepare food while staying here. The staff is cordial, informative, and very professional in helping my family and me out with everyday supplies including issues that arise such as my need for a plunger one day. I highly recommend a hotel stay at this location.

The room was huge, spotlessly clean and nicely laid out. The bathroom was a nice design; very functional and attractive and clean. Kitchen is small (except huge fridge) but functional and so convenient when traveling with kids. Rooms are so quiet! Thank you for noise blocking doors!! Room also got decently dark, with very effective blackout curtains for once. All in all I would absolutely recommend this place. Best hotel experience we've had in a long time.

Beds are a bit too soft/hammocky. Would like a light cotton comforter instead of the scratchy polyester layer so many hotels, including this one, are now using instead.

Great internet access allowed me to work remotely. Excellent location within a walking distance to Walmart. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Breakfast was cheap, cheap yogurt, and no extra salt for the boiled eggs. No fruits, either. But they served energy bars. So, I got some fruits from a Walmart super store nearby.

The breakfast was very limited so we got breakfast elsewhere. The room was beautiful and if we had stayed multiple nights it would have been great as there was a fridge and a small kitchen. We will stay here again when traveling to this area.

Limited breakfast would be the only negative thing I could say about this property.

The breakfast of coffee, peanut crunch granola bar, and a muffin was quite delicious! The location is key for both recreation and work and the ability to jump on the I-4 or the 417, and even the 429 is helpful and good for me to do my work as well as to visit areas in Sanford like the Downtown Sanford area.

Had to drive behind a closed Best Buy. It’s an extended stay so there were alot of rough people hanging around. Clerk was not at desk so waited for awhile to check in. It’s not luxury, but was good for a quick sleep before leaving Sanford airport. If you stay longer you are expected to throw away your own trash and exchange your own towels.
