Breakfast was very good. Hot food was served hot and was replenished regularly. Didn't catch the name but the tall, blond lady working the kitchen was excellent - great personality and hard worker.
We were staying to avoid concerns with Hurricane Idalia. We live locally in Sarasota. Only concern was bathtub vs walk-in shower. This is not really a problem but would be nice to have a choice.

The breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.
I stayed in room 302 and the window blinds were broken and it was a wait to get clean towels. The price was also very high at around $240 per night; however, it was spring break so I understand why. No major complaints though, I survived! 🙂

The property was clean and well kept. The outside sitting areas were welcoming. Lobby was spotless and most employees were welcoming and pleasant. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable, Breakfast was very good and had lots of choices.

1. Would have liked more breakfast options. Grab and go okay but have stayed at other holiday Inn Express that offered breakfast biscuits (wrapped of course), cold cereal with milk, yogurts, fruit, and some other choices. 2. Do to not cleaning room for an extended stay we did have some bug issues. Found a few small roach type insects and ants. We did ask for a cleaning but of course that won’t take care of the bugs. Also had mold in the bathroom due to moisture. Vent make a loud sound but did not pull the moisture out. We have three in our family, one being a teen. So bathroom and room were muggy and smelled like mildew.

We didn't eat breakfast there. The location was wonderful. It was exactly were we needed to be for my conference.
There was not anything I did not like. It was really good. We enjoyed our stay. We will return again in October for another conference.

The room was very nice. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the refrigerator didn’t work well. And the ceiling showed some danger ( could have been just the building settling.

Brian did his best to keep up with whatever items he was given from the short supply. Pool, hot tub and beds were great. Every clerk we dealt with at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Thanks.

Heated pool AND hot tub!! Beds are great, we all slept the best these 2 nights. Safe and relaxing.
My opinion, breakfast omelets are not near as good as the scrambled egg and bacon options. But it's better options than most other places.
