Quality Inn Sarasota I-75

The staff was excellent although they kitchen guy was a little creepy, I that because we were getting breakfast and he popped out of this closet and just stared at us for a minute then started talking, he was nice but a little creepy 🤗 but overall they were also and Sam is the most friendly guy inside a screen I ever meet and the location is just perfect for everything we wanted to do and just so beautiful 💝

Not enough parking and there was not a view we just saw the parking lot but we got over that as soon as we got out and started our venture, oh and the elevator was sooooooo slow but even that would not stop us from staying again when we return we will definitely be staying there...💯

The lady that serves breakfast work really hard. She seems like she love what she does great vibe very alert always doing something and the pool was clean.

I think the carpet should be clean more often because I had a 1 year old baby crawling and he will get dirty my opinion, but everything else was good

Staff was friendly and great.. good job!!! It was very handy, the location and the first floor room, close to the pool and ice machine. Floors in the lobby were sparkling.

Because of Covid the Continental Breakfast was just a pick up bag at the desk, which was fine, but when I asked if we could have an extra breakfast sandwich, it was a HARD No... Said she'd get in trouble,, only one for each person, even though the rate is for Continental Breakfast, as much as you want. Also, pretty sure the carpet is never scrubbed? After my shower and walking around the room barefoot, feet were black, had to be rewashed before putting on shoes.

It is clean and the room are big and clean .

The breakfast .. brown bag breakfast consisted of an orange , granola bar and a 2 years old breakfast sandwich .. it was supposed to be a hot breakfast ..

The reception was quick and easy, despite never having used a virtual check-in kiosk before! Very friendly staff and a clean breakfast area. Room was visually clean and the housekeeping staff are incredibly courteous and respectful.

The room we got constantly smelled of stale water/mildew. Our room's water smelled slightly of sulphur/sewage so we used bottled water for everything.

The beds were very comfortable 😌

Front desk being closed at check out and the clerk on computer we hate not having live people to give customers personal assistance to have human interaction is normal and too many people are forcing computer assistance on us its very unnatural.

The location, staff friendly.

The front desk system, it was through the tablet, very unpersonal, we didn't know why was like this and why the person wasn't physically at the Front Desk. We had to ask for room service and replacement for towels, linen, amenities for bathroom, shower, we left a sign at the door even the trash can be empty. Housekeeping only clean and replace needs during the morning, nobody answered the phone at the front desk

The staff was friendly. Also housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean. Even though they were short staffed they managed to maintain the hotel. They should be appreciated.

It would have been nice to get hot breakfast. That would have been ideal, at the least have more of a selection with the grab/go brown bag.

Due to Covid the breakfast bag was pretty good. Room was above reproach. Never stayed in a cleaner room.

There was nothing I would recommend that needed to be changed. We will definitely stay in that hotel again. Very easy to get to the beach. Restaurants were real near to our hotel, all within walking distance.

Great location, staff was really kind and friendly.

The property looks a little old and it can really use some refurbishment in general, along with some repairs..
