Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tallahassee Northwest I-10, FL

A welcome delight. Exceeded our expectations and then some. Room was large, clean, had desk, lounge chair, best shower of our trip, microwave, frig, direct TV , and other usual amenities. Wasn’t expecting a breakfast with so many options. Only would have wanted to be able to wirelessly connect to TV and sign in to streaming apps I subscribe to. But for the price we paid, we got way more than we anticipated. Would stay here again and again.

Sign for the property wasn’t prominent. Went to the adjacent hotel first by mistake.

I liked the room and the beds were comfortable, the water in the bathroom was hot and that was a plus, the tub was great and the room was pretty clean and smelled fresh. No cigarette odors nor was it dusty either. I really enjoyed my stay just wish I could've stayed longer.

I did not have any complaints at all everything was excellent! The staff was friendly and the noise level was also perfect, the room was very cozy, and the pool I certainly wanted to jump in but I got back too late to even think about going to get into the pool.

Breakfast, room, beds, TV, fridge, microwave was nice. However, our TV didn't work so they gave us a new room with a TV that worked. They allowed checkout at 1200 because we had to go to an event at 9:30am and we were not sure if we would make it back in time to check out. It was great because we got to experience the entire event and made it back until 11:35 to check out by 1200, This allowed us to keep our food in the fridge instead of the car and we were able to heat our food up when we returned before having to check out and get on the road.

There was a strong odor like marijuana coming from another room.

I have always stayed at the red roof inn, as they are dog friendly and I don’t like the typical attitude I get when I take my service dog in places that aren’t overly dog friendly - like your hotel. But this trip I decided to do what was fair to me and your staff was nice - thank you. I have a psychotic disorder. I spent 22 months in psychosis at 39 and am now on disability. A rare disability that I don’t like having to discuss. My dog is a psychiatric service dog - also rare and uncomfortable to have to discuss when questioned. thanks for just making it easy. I’d you keep doing that I’ll always stay with you. You’re cleaner than RRI and the extra comfort and cleanliness is worth the extra $30 to me - if you’ll continue to be polite to me and my dog (who literally stays in his stroller in and out do the room, but whose presence keeps my stress levels in a range that doesn’t risk me going back into psychosis).

I stayed here with one of my daughters because we needed somewhere to stay for FAMU orientation. I was about a 7 minutes drive from the school. The hotel is right off the exit and is nearby a few restaurants and stores. The room was a good size( 2 queens) The towels and sheets seem to be clean and fresh. The fridge kept our items super cold! The air conditioner kept my room oh so cool. That Florida heat aint no joke! The breakfast was good. The pool area was clean. Staff was friendly. Check out was a breeze. I received a copy under my door upon check out, brought the keys to the desk, and left...took literally 10 seconds. I would come back if I need to stay in Tallahassee again.

The fridge was super dusty and turned off. I don't know if the last person turned it off. There was a little bit of water from being turned off at the bottom of the fridge. Once cleaned up and turned on, there was no problem! There was also a pair of socks from a previous customer under the air conditioner. The air conditioner thermostat was in need of some repair because it was held on with some tape...looked like tape that would be in a tape dispenser on a desk.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are HUGE - I love that. Breakfast was good, good coffee too. The beds are a bit squeaky and lumpy? Could be better. I slept fine but ....they could be better. I was very pleased with this hotel and if I found myself in the area, would stay again. Nice pool. Its covered but outside and still kind of inside? I loved it. I was only passing through Tallahassee & selected this hotel for the rate, freeway convenience & breakfast.

The beds. Might be time to upgrade the mattresses.

It was all very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the substantial breakfast that is offered free to guests was delicious. The front desk staff was very kind and was always ready to assist.

One of the rooms close by was occupied by someone who smoked marijuana cigarettes and this, very strong lingering, stench was wafting into my room and into the third floor hallway which caused me to have migraines. Also, the elevator weight is incorrect - my friends got stuck in the elevator twice during our stay. Please have elevator serviced and correct the sign if there is not a way to renovate or install a new elevator.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom with make up on them ..which I placed on the floor. It was also an unidentified pill by the window, not sure how long it had been there. Also one of the sheets had a brown stain on it that anyone could notice. The shower had brown hair all on the walls which was unpleasant to say the least. The microwave had a awful odor. And it was an unidentified wet spot on the floor

The staff was courteous and friendly. I had trouble with the TV and was immediately offered another room. Apparently it was the Hall mark station that had trouble as I had the same problem again - but did not report it. The room was very nice and clean, no bad odors.

Unfortunately I missed breakfast which I was looking forward to! I slept in a little and went down at 9 am...I thought they served from 6:30 to 9:30. But the manager showed me the document on the counter. So it was my fault. Next time I will make sure that I get breakfast as I heard it was very good.

The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. The breakfast was hearty, very nicely presented and well-maintained through out the serving time. The facility was very clean throughout the entire property. I used the work out room and the business/tech areas and all aspects provided, served me well. I left an item behind when I checked-out. I called and encountered no problems when I returned to retrieve my lost item. Nicky at the front desk took care of this matter for me in a friendly and efficient manner. I hope that Nicky is recognized by management on this property for her effort and care.

I have no complaints. My needs and expectations were met. The room was very comfy and well appointed.
