SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tallahassee North

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of tasty choices. The reception staff was very nice. The location is very convenient for those traveling on Interstate 10.

There just happened to be a bus load of students eating breakfast when we went to eat. The area was not being maintained- there were no spoons, the salt and pepper bin was emptied, the tables were not being cleaned. We didn’t mind the crowd, but thought more hotel staff was needed in this area at the time.

Staff very nice and helpful !Location safe ! Hotel safe! But my room was not quiet. Next door water system or refrigerator water system connection’s was very lauded ! It was horrible. I was waking up in the middle of the night with this loud voice. It was so dirturb.

Water system voice was un control too laud and affecting to my room from the wall . I was staying room 126 the laud is coming from next door

Pool area had a child's birthday party and they took over the pool for hours. We were planning on sitting by the pool and letting the kids swim while there for one night for a break from being in the road for 9 hours. We were headed east to West Palm Beach.

Breakfast only had eggs and sausage. There was no waffle maker and fruit.

The room was great. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was good.

This is just a minor complaint, as I enjoyed my stay. The shampoo and conditioner that were in a pump on the wall seemed to have issues. They were both watered down to "help" the pump, so you got water consistently, which I know, is not what Paul Mitchell intended. I wished I brought my own, because all I got was wet hair.

excellent location, everything was exceptionally clean. the rooms were big and spacious. Hotel staff 10/10 friendly. If you have anything to complain about, you just like to complain.

I loved everything

Front desk staff were very sweet.

Breakfast attendants were not really friendly. No eye contact with guest, if they did they quickly look away before you can smile and say good morning to them. Seems like avoiding to talk to anyone.

The staff went out of their way, even the construction didn’t hinder them. I was upgraded due to a maintenance issue and it was lovely. I wish they hadn’t filled in the pool or at least had a hot tub. The property was lovely.

No water (pool) and not for someone with no vehicle. I wish they’d offered a driver. lol

Good coffee, friendly staff, new facility and contemporary furnishings. Nice outdoor patio in front of the building with a gas fireplace (did not have a chance to use it).

Not a big deal but since the building is physically set back off of Timberlane it is a little confusing to find the driveway even with audible mapping guidance. Would be helpful to have a sign at streetside.

It is a newer hotel, clean, decent room size, bed was comfortable, ample parking.

They could not keep up with the breakfast demand, they kept running out of food.

Fresh modern decor, convenient parking, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, reasonable price and awesome shower.
