Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tallahassee Conference Center North, an IHG Hotel

Location was slightly outside Tallahassee (but we knew this), but luckily there are several good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (should you not want to use the hotel restaurant). Hotel was very clean and well looked after, and so was our room.

Nothing really - everything was fine.

Breakfast was very good snd fresh. The line outside was very long and the staff didn’t communicate the reason for the delay although I suspected there was an occupancy limit situation.

The receptionist that checked me in was unpleasant and was willing to send me away due a typo in my name on the online reservation. If I hadn’t persisted, I would’ve lost my reservation and money Im sure.

The bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere was nice. The people were friendly and helpful. The workout room was big and roomy.

The chef was out of ingredients for coleslaw and a creamy pasta dish. He said they had no heavy cream, which was disappointing. If you have a restaurant on property then you should be stocked with food. The coffee maker was dirty. They need to be cleaned thoroughly.

The staff member who helped me upon checking in was rude as hell. She had no shame in it. She told me I would get a better price booking on line as I did in the lobby area and it was the same price. A waist of time. Everything else about my stay was wonderful. My husband did his dialysis treatment overnight in the room. The room was very clean, I enjoyed the room.

Location was nice.... Breakfast experience was not good at all we were told we had a $20 per room voucher for breakfast but the young lady said the hotel itself stop honoring that then there was no fresh breakfast being brought out by staff once the breakfast that was out was low a bg d looking old the breakfast also did not include the drinks...Nice hotel but we went elsewhere to enjoy breakfast.

The breakfast experience....

Location was good, not sketchy like some other areas I’ve stayed in in Tallahassee. Staff was super nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was a lot better than most in the area as well.

Just needed more towels in the bathroom. Two towels are all they provided.

Location was good, right off interstate. Breakfast was good with exception of Sunday, different cook or such.

Mattress seemed very uncomfortable first two nights after those I think we passed out from exhaustion and didnt notice

we always stay here on our travels to Florida… ALWAYS clean, quiet and updated. Disappointed when we spent the night at a Hampton Inn near Daytona on trip over… never again! no comparison to this Holiday Inn!

The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby had coffee service, which was nice. Also there were "Happy Trails" cups with trail mix snacks which were nice for the drive home. They had plenty of rolling luggage carts to transport our stuff to the room.

The room was crowded for a queen room with two queen beds. We had three people staying in the room and it was sort of a tight fit. It would have been more enjoyable with more room.

Very clean and quiet room, free parking. We received free drinks upon arrival and also breakfast for just 1$ was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is perfect for transit or if you don't need to stay in the middle of the city.
