Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Tampa - Fairgrounds - Casino

Hotel located in a convenient area. Close and easy access to highways. Next to large convenient store and gas. Extraordinarily clean. Jackee was very attentive and professional. She needs to be in charge if she isn't already. This hotel is very well run.

We rarely travel. So I thought that the complimentary breakfast would be maybe a couple of hot plates or warmers with breakfast fixings. So we could self serve. We may have missed it by getting there at 9:00am. I'm not sure. It wasn't a big deal for us. They had coffee fresh so we were "golden".

A+ Location! It was perfect for us as we were wanting to be close to the casino. The hotel is around the corner from the Hard Rock Casino. A+ on Cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. There's an awesome laundry room that have really good washers and dryers. A++ for overall rating! The staff were so friendly and helpful! They were always smiling and welcoming! We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Only downside is there is no pool.

The only thing I’d say is that I would make it clear on here and anywhere else that the check in age is 21 and not 18. I had looked it up on here and called the hotel a couple of times prior to booking to ensure I wouldn’t have any problems (since I’m 20) and they said no. But, I was informed otherwise when I arrived and luckily they let me stay.

Attentive staff, always smiling. Clean(inside & out), safe, well lit. Close to venue and giant convenience store. 14 min drive to USF Botanical Garden or Busch Gardens. Hallways smell nice. Would definitely book again!

Nearly non existent breakfast, but a small sacrifice for such a great value!

The night staff lady with the short brown hair very rude don’t want to be bothered tiles allowed so you won’t come back she needs to adjust your attitude very ugly like the bathroom doors so guess then I can stay in the room so she won’t have to clean the bathrooms

The room was big and clean the beds were comfy the staff was wonderful in the shower was hot.

Slightly inconvenienced when we came in after a morning meeting to find out the elevator was not working and had to take three flights of stairs to the third floor good news is the hotel is only four floors so if it ever happens again it's not that far and the steps weren't large they were nice and easy to handle I would stay there. Again.

Very clean and jackee at the front desk is exceptional! She follows all protocols and company procedures. You can tell she takes great pride in her job and cares about her company! She wanted to make sure everyone was safe and happy the entire stay! She made the stay perfect for us.

Nothing

The receptionist was very friendly, quick with checking in and explaining what time is breakfast and the use of the Laundry area. Very clean and quiet hotel would recommend.

My only issue were breakfast could be more including eggs, sausage and toast. Cereals as well because I had two small children.

The location was perfect! We came to work at the Superbowl and we were only 15 minutes from the stadium. The staff was awesome! Whatever we needed, they were there with answers. I couldn't figure out how to turn the stovetop on so they walked me through it over the phone. I observed an agitated guest that had an issue with her room and they were patient and kind in explaining what her options were. This facility looked new and the room was spotless. There was constant cleaning (just no housekeeping during our stay). All in all, we had a very nice stay and I would definitely stay at this facility again.

The only issue I had was that each day I had to keep logging into the wi-fi. Not sure why it did not stay up. Also, there was no breakfast available because of covid so that was a disappointment. A grab and go would have been a great alternative since we were on the go every morning.

Ms. Jakee was very pleasant, helpful and nice she checked us in and also out when we checked out

The breakfast, definitely needs some work it was more like snacks, need more options
