breakfast was ok. Make your own toast, waffle, etc. Nothing exceptional but adequate. Bed was comfortable and overall the hotel was clean. Coffeemaker was just ok so we got coffee downstairs. Shower had great water pressure, the best I've had anywhere.

The pool furniture was awful. Almost 99% of the chairs had straps missing. The pool was ice cold. For what you pay, they should have proper pool furniture and the pool should be heated. Was not very happy about that. There was also a big leak around the pool pipes in the back which was 'fixed' the next day but it was just wasting water.

Upon check in I was told that my reservation was cancelled due to Insufficient funds but when I reserved the room it says that I would pay when I get there I told her that I put money on the card after reservation to pay once I get there there was a young lady in training with a supervisor so after I gave her my infinite and swiped my card she said that they were having issues with the card machine and that because my card didn’t have a chip I had to manually enter my card info after I did and everything was good we went to th room and changed clothes and left @ about midnight I checked my phone and noticed that I had a couple missed calls so I called them to see what was needed I was told that my card didn’t go through so I immediately called the bank and checked all recent transactions and it showed that the amount was taken off by the hotel so then I called back and they said that the money didn’t go through on their end and I was saying that the money has been taken off the card and we went back and forth for at least an hour to the point that it totally ruined my family night and the trip because I was told that the money didn’t go through but yet the money was no longer available on my card I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times and never encountered bad customer service until this visit and I was really disappointed I would never recommend this hotel

Front desk Customer service

The couch in the living area is very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep on for an extra person. In addition to the uncomfortable ness, there was no extra bedding found for the couch in the closet. Only a thick winter cover was found. No bedsheets, no pillowcase. The room we were given first, the A/C didn't work properly. The room was too hot 🔥 in a florida climate. The management was very kind and moved us to another room.

Very nice, quiet, clean, breakfast area was very spacious and breakfast options were really good and many to choose from- they had grits (to die for :-)), close to interstate and fairgrounds, super large and very spacious rooms, beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay their with my family.

Everything was great! Even parking was close to front door and convenient.

The breakfast was ok. They were out of eggs and sausage when I was there. They may have been refilled but it wasn't within the 5 minutes it took to make two waffles and the time it took to eat them. The juice machine was not working properly. The OJ was all water and a spit of orange juice. Note, I don't expect much when breakfast is free so this doesn't make or break my stay or tarnish the review. It's free so there's that. The cleaning on the weekend was not the greatest however on Monday and Tuesday when we were there it was being cleaned by a woman all the time and very orderly.

I would have liked if there was a shuttle to the amphitheater across the street. They have service to the casino but not an event that is across the street? The know people are staying their because of that convenience yet they don't offer it as a service? Yes, people can walk across but not ALL people can. My husband is disabled. The front desk told numerous people it's a pain to drive there and they should walk, yet they don't offer the service to their guests? That makes no sense to me.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and room size was good. The hot water in the shower was so nice! it allowed you take a long hot shower without the hot water running out! For my achy bones that's a plus!! We thought the breakfast was the best! We loved making our own waffles and having hot fresh sausage, juice, coffee and other wonderful choices they kept stocked up once they were running low. I'm not sure I'll be in that area anytime soon but if if I ever did they would be my choice without hesitation. They even had a little spot to buy items like a convenient store if you happen to need something you may have forgotten.

The pool wasn't as clean as it could have probably been. I also didn't get my pool views as stated on our booking but my son enjoyed the retention pond views with the gator sunning himself otherwise I probably would have made a call to the front desk. I agreed the view was nice without the pool with the pond there.

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

We came for a concert. The facility provided a ride to the casino but not to the concert. The Van was just sitting there and we inquired and were told it only transports to the Casino.

staff was always friendly and helpful. I wanted a hot tea for my travel mug , breakfast was not ready yet but the nice woman getting everything ready took the time to fill my cup with hot water . I thought that was really nice that she went out of her way for me

It was an excellent location and the rooms were very large. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived or when I left. I had to wait some time to get checked in. We also did not have cold water in our shower - just very hot so we had to stand at the back of the shower and just wet a washcloth. I wanted to let the front desk know but there was no one there when I when to check out.
