Holiday Inn Express Tampa North Telecom Park, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Location was great and close to our destination.

We had booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife was in a wheelchair. They gave us a room with a bathtub that was hard for my wife to use . Also the room that we had was considered handicap,but it was small for a wheelchair to move around in. It also ok was on the 4th floor which is bad if there was a fire since the elevator would not be available for use .

I stayed there because it was close to the hospital where my brother was a patient. I stayed one night, but stayed one more night four days later. The clerk remembered me !!! and asked how my brother was doing !!! How thoughtful and welcoming. Hot breakfast started my day off right. Room was cold when I got there - thank you !!! Clean, well appointed, outlets halfway up the wall behind the nightstand for my phone - it's the small things that matter!!! Highly recommend !!!!

breakfast was good, staff was very quick about bringing out food when it had run out. receptionist was very friendly upon check in and made us feel very welcome during check in and check out process.

our sheets and blankets had several very prominent black stains (it looked like from mascara). water pressure in the shower wasn’t the worst but could be better.

Easy to find, not tucked away like the Springhill Suites North Tampa/I-75 Tampa Palms I stayed with my ex- and sons the night before. The suites are about the same size, but (SH) over all nicer; separate toilet/WC and shower room, bigger wide screen TV. I liked my room for it's size, and large King size comfortable bed. I was ground floor so I walked often to the Mezzanine for coffee, didn't use the Kuerig maker.

The breakfast was a bit too convenience store stuff. I am a bit picky with my food so I opted to stay with the Yogurt and fruit cups. The Spring Hill the night before had a buffet with hot items. My bath sink stopper was broken and two light bulbs were broken/out. Maintenance was quick to repair the sink and one bulb, but the overhead in the foyer would require a ladder. The furniture seemed a bit Thrift Shop worn and older, maybe you were going for an antique feel? Walls freshly painted so I guess (2020 pandemic) money was tight for renovation.

We slept really good because beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was so good and the breakfast area looks new and modern

The refrigerator inside the room was making some noise but I am Holliday inn regular client and for sure you Guys can fix the little inconvenient thing

Every staff member with whom we interacted was exceptionally pleasant, polite and hospitable. We checked in late at night quickly, easily and the desk clerk was very pleasant and polite. Good breakfast options. Chair in the room was a bit worn and leather was peeling, some furniture upgrades may be a good idea. Room was clean and fresh. Will stay again when in the area.

Staff were great. Breakfast was awesome for a bagged breakfast-a lot of choices. Conveniently located to everything, but off the beaten path. Beds were comfy and a/c worked great. The kids enjoyed the pool. Price was good for the property.

The room was clean, however a little more care could be given to under the rim area of the toilet. When you get out of the shower you can see exactly where the brush hits. Also, the toilet paper holder was half on. The room was set up for four, however you only get two towels. You have to go to the desk to get more.

The stay was Great. The only complaint we have is that it was advertised that there was FREE BREAKFAST and there were pictures on the website of a Breakfast Bar and Omelet Bar. This was the MAIN REASON that we stayed here. No a good thing to have on your website. When we got to the hotel and went down to Breakfast and it was a basic bag breakfast we were very dissapointed in it. We had to go out and Buy Breakfast every morning of our 3 day stay. I understand that some places are still doing there own restrictions because of "COVID-19" but you can at least advertise that their will be NO Traditional International Breakfast with Omlets and Breakfast Bar. Please correct this on your website as to not mislead your guests.

Breakfast could be better and daily cleaning of room needs to be done. We had to request for the beds to be done and it was never done.

The staff was super friendly. Even though the ones at the counter handling everything, they were happy to service every guest with a genuine smile on their face and a genuine joyful attitude

I felt as though they were short staffed. Upon check in there was only one person at the counter. Leaving the line backing up at times. Upon entering the lobby for breakfast, there was only one person at the counter service check ins, outs, breakfast, and issues. It wasn't until around 8:30 when someone else came in to help.
