I like the location the most. If you are lucky to get a room with a balcony then you are in for a wonderful view. The room is cozy and very clean. Plus the ambiance and the staff make it an awesome place to stay.

The water doesn't get hot. It's lukewarm at best. Sometimes it's more cold than hot. I don't know if Courtyard chose to have the water that way but I don't like that I can't get hotter water. Plus the shower door they use really could be better if they closed it. Having it open is nice for decoration purposes but I like the surrounding feeling from the shower and water.

vinings location was perfect.

bad view and room type - very small corner room. didn't realize what i was getting until i checked in. once i saw the room i inquired about changing and upgrading if necessary and they would not let me. said if i had booked directly with hotel i would have been able to make the change. thought that was a bit tacky to say, but oh well. it was a nice hotel though.

We stayed in a "King room with a city view" and you could see Atlanta in the distance. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and the pool looked clean (we didn't get in bc we got back too late from dinner and the pool closed at 9). Would definitely stay here again. The area that the hotel is in (Vinings) is beautiful and very well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Atlanta but not stay in the heart of it.

The "view" was a little underwhelming because right outside of our room was a large light shining up on the building and that kind of destroyed any "city lights" view you see. It was a good view during the day, though.

The property looked clean and smelled amazing! The gym was clean and I felt comfortable using everything. They thought to put towels at each machine. Nice touch!

The shower curtain extended beyond the tub and was not long enough to fit inside the tub. Therefore, our bathroom floor was soaked after showers. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were wonderful! It would have been nice to have lotion as well. I didn’t pack any because it’s often in hotel rooms.

I loved the hospitality of all the Staff especially Tammy and Zack.

The location of the hotel to all our planned activities were within a 15 min or less travel 😊. Within walking distance of the hotel, there was a shopping village, restaurants, nail salons and etc. Overall it was just a great location. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel . Due to COVID-19, if you are staying 5 or more days you will have to put in a request for additional housekeeping, but all you have to ask and they will accommodate. The staff was really nice from front desk to the housekeeping staff. There is an indoor pool and and fitness room. The check-in and check-out process was really smooth. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are such a vibe. Overall , a really nice hotel and I enjoyed the stay.

The room was modern and fab. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast offerings (not included) and Starbucks coffee served, were excellent. Lobby really cool.

The woman I spoke to at the desk via telephone on Friday Mar. 18th to help me with a booking problem wouldn't let me finish explaining my dilemma before cutting me off - twice - to ask if I just wanted to cancel. Which I did not and had to try pretty hard to get my answers. She seemed to hate her job. Rude. But the guy at the desk in the evening of the 19th when we arrived was great.

My room in the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Vinings/Galleria was well-appointed with sleek and curvy furniture, multiple USB ports, a large TV set on a handsome wooden wall mount, modern and recessed light fixtures, delicate curtains, a textured bedspread, blue-toned carpet, and a nice love sofa for lounging. I had a private, restful, and comfortable stay for two days/nights without needing extra housekeeping or materials. There is ample parking space in front and below the hotel. It is within the Atlanta Perimeter and minutes away from the 75 and the 285.

I really don't think American hotels should replicate the baffling European-style partial glass shower partitions. This particular European peculiarity leaves me scratching my head.

The location is really great, close to everything. I have not been disappointed with this hotel and this was my second trip. Comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent lighting. I also like that the elevator took me from my room to the car with little or no walking since it was so cold that day.

I think the only thing I didn't like is that the shower glass could have been a little longer to prevent water from wetting outside of the shower since there are no doors, but I can live with that.

The room was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a sofa bed if needed as well. I slept like a baby.

I didn't like how there was no door to close the shower, therefore you could feel the cool breeze from behind. Also, the water in the shower didn't get as hot as I expected but other than that it was ok.
