Sheraton Suites Galleria Atlanta

I literally cannot say enough about the staff! They were all amazing from the moment we arrived until departure!! The accommodations were very roomy. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to a lot of shopping and the BRAVES Truist Park! We would definitely stay again. Having stayed in hotels much closer to the park, that were much more expensive, this hotel really is a great value.

I wouldn’t say dislike, but the hotel could use some upgrades. There was a leak in the gym ceiling; and the pool could use resurfacing. It seems that it is an older hotel that just needs some TLC; but nothing that would discourage me from staying there again.

Loved the look of the rooms. Very classy, and had a 1920s vibe, plus your normal modern comforts. The beds were SUPER comfortable.

The first thing I noticed was that someone had definitely smoked in the room, even though we had a non-smoking room. It wasn't enough to complain about or make our clothes smell, but it was definitely noticeable. There were a few ants in the bathroom, but not enough to cause worry. Also, I know it's a very random observation, but the toilet seat was very old. Like the outer layer was peeling up some.

Hotel was very nice, and the breakfast the next morning was exceptional!

3 things here: First, upon arrival, they put us in a room different than what we had booked which was a inconvience. Second, they overcharged us by 50%, and when I questioned them, they said the refund would be charged back on the card when we checked out. Of course, that never happened! That is what you call the hotel trying to scam its guests. Third, an item was left, and they were not at all helpful in boxing up the item to have a UPS OR USPS pickup to send it back to us. So I must ask, if you unfortunately leave something behind, how do you get the item back? Obviously, the hotel does not have a policy in place for items left behind that any guest would expect them to have. Also guests have to pay $19 just to park in their parking garage (an expense you are not anticipating!)

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Was very happy with the room and the way the sitting room & bedroom could be totally closed off, as well as the doors going into the bathroom. Was great for privacy. Didn't try the room service or the food at The Grill, but is nice that it's an option.

Very small refrigerator. Barely able to fit drinks in there. Didn't like the charge for parking. I thought it was a bit much and especially since we only stayed one night but got charged for two days' parking. No choice but to pay if you drive there.

The location and proximity to Truist Stadium, the room was great, the breakfast delicious, and the front desk staff was wonderful at check in

On our first night stay, our bathtub/shower drain was stopped,, not draining well at all, when we took showers after the Braves game. I reported it that night. The next night the same thing happened again. Nothing had been done to correct the problem. I reported again the issue when we checked out.

the size of the room was great! the location to Truist Park was also very walkable. we had vouchers for breakfast so that was good too! the breakfast servers were SO NICE and helpful!

There was a little bit of mold at the top of the wall in the shower. There were no sheer curtains in the bedroom and only one panel in the living area and that one was torn. There were no USB ports in the rooms which would have been nice. Also, a shuttle service to Truist Park would be nice. We walked back in the rain. The morning front desk clerk was not very friendly either.

I like the location. It was within walking distance to the ballpark and to Cumberland Mall. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We had three in our party. There was a bedroom, living room with pull out couch, small fridge and microwave, a bathroom with a changing area. The changing area had sliding doors for privacy. There were sliding doors between the bedroom and living room also.

I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have a list of TV stations in the room. I was told there was a guide channel station. I found the guide in the TV but it did not list any TV shows. It was basically just a list of channels. I was also a little disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open yet. The indoor pool was open but looked dirty. The room could use a second trash can.

i liked the location and the layout of the rooms

the sofa and chairs were horrible ! they had stains on them and needed to be upgraded ! if I’m paying for a suite then i ahouldnt have marks on no sofa and couches and it was marks on chairs . the bed was clean but they need to upgraded the sofas and chairs and the toilet flusher really slow like it was clogged ! also at 1045 - the cleaning staff tried to open our door while we were still getting our things together when check out is 11am! if it won’t for the metal stopper they would have walked in on us ! unprofessional !!! the only thing that made up for this hotel was the location and the room layout and semi nice view other than that no. upgraded your sofas and chairs and clean the counters !

I love this hotel! It's always so clean and neat. It is very easy to access with stress free check-in most of the time. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and nice deco as well. The cost is fairly reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

When booking 2 rooms in advance it would be great to know if the rooms will be on separate floors. We were told at check in that our rooms were 4 floors apart and we couldn't be switched to be on the same floor. 2 ladies walk in with out a reservations and got 2 rooms next to each other. I wasn't sure how or why this was., We asked the front desk and the young man working was not very nice. After popping his lips and rolling his eyes we just left it alone, This incident did not change my opinion of the hotel as a whole, so I will still stay there every time I'm in town.

The staff was very helpful. The AC in our room was not working. When we reported the problem it was handled right away. The maintenance man came immediately. When he was not able to get the part to fix the air he offered to help us move rooms!

When we had to change rooms because the AC was not working, the new room was not as nice as the first one. The bed was not as comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was not as good, and the carpet was frayed. We did not complain because it was cool.
