The hotel was new and very clean. Workers were very nice.

While everyone was very nice, the hotel seems very hands-off when it comes to customer service. There is no front desk. Just a podium with one worker. I asked if I could extended my stay by 1 day. Her answer was “I can’t do it but you can go online”. Really? Disappointing. I asked another worker about food recommendations in the area. Their answer was you can have food delivered with Uber eats. Again, disappointing and not very helpful. Everyone was nice but there was zero on location customer service - unlike most hotels.

Very nice location. Very pricy but I did go a very busy weekend in Atlanta. Recommend staying here and walking back from game instead of giving a greedy uber driver $150 to go 5 miles down the road to a no where near as nice hotel.

The only thing I can recommend is there needs to be more clarity on receiving your parking passes to park in the yellow deck. I got lucky and parked in-between on a little drop off area in-between ALOFF and the movie theatre. Park there and go in the bottom door and then you get your parking pass and wont get yelled at by some guy that says the decks full.

Location is great! We parked the day we checked in and never had to drive anywhere. Many restaurants in walking distance and close enough to walk to the stadium. There is even a little store right around the corner if you forget sunscreen or snacks.

The smell on the lower level waiting for the elevator is terrible! Also, we were charged twice and had to call to get refunded. Shower is not behind closed bathroom door, so if you don't want your travel companion to see you naked don't stay here.

Location to Braves Stadium. Parking garage. Newness of the hotel. The petite desk girl was extremely nice and helpful. Wish I caught her name. She was working Sept 18 and 19 2023.

No privacy in the shower. Noise outside the room from people. Could hear people above flushing the toilet. Wish it had a designated restaurant.

It is located within The Battery so it is very convenient to Truist Park. But there literally is no front entrance or place to pull your car into so you can check in, unload and then park. Everything including leaving the parking garage requires a key card so after we turned ours in upon check out we had to back up in the garage to get another card so we could actually drive away.

You cant beat the location of this hotel. It was wonderful and right on the Battery so it made going out very convenient. It was a studio room that was very nice. Everything was very clean and updated so made it feel a lot nicer than a regular hotel room.

The price. We paid $500/night...ouch. I get that it was a big game that weekend for the Braves but still overpriced.

Our hotel rate was very reasonable for this stay but I just looked into staying there again in late September but the price more than doubled. That was disappointing, so we will stay elsewhere.

Facility was great! Location was great! Bed was comfy!

Breakfast was not worth the extra money in booking the room with breakfast included. The breakfast menu was very limited and had to wait 20+ minutes for just a biscuit and a bagel to be prepared.

loved how clean and nice it was. everything was just a short walk away. We went to a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy and it was only about a 6 minute walk

Heard a lot of the cleaning workers gossiping and using fouls language

Location is perfect for Truist field. Very clean and friendly staff

No food available after 10pm other than snacks from the lobby. No breakfast option in the morning, a $6.50 cup of coffee was too unreasonable.
