The website states they have a free shuttle to Truist Park. When we checked in, the lady said that they did not have a driver for the day, and they did not have a shuttle that day for that reason. That is one of the reasons why we booked that particular hotel. Not the end of the world, we switched gears and UBERed, but it was still extra money we had to spend that we didn’t intend on. The AC was OK, but the room never got cold. Just cool.

It was in an amazing location central to all things Atlanta. Also the staff was immaculate customer service was on point. And the food from the restaurant was exquisite. It was an overall exceptional experience. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Is in need of a few structural repairs as far as the bathroom shower. Water kept coming out of the bathroom into the main floor. As if it was a wet room. I may need to keep extra towels in the rooms.

There are a lot of things I enjoyed about this hotel. From the amazing room to the always friendly staff to being in good walking and driving distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractions.

No microwave or mini fridge in room. We didn’t get to check out The Public House due to being closed early.(8:00pm).

All staff members that we encountered were friendly and informative. They had a smile on their face and were happy to help with any inquiries. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a wonderful room to come back to after a long and active night at a concert. I also appreciated that check out was until noon. It gave us all time to get a good nights sleep and sneak some breakfast in before heading out. The location was wonderful as well. It was just an 8 minute uber ride from The Battery.

The only complaint we had was that our thermostat in our room would not or could not be turned down. We were a little hot, but just threw all of the covers off and we were fine.

I hated it. It was my sister birthday weekend and I get over charged. Bathroom shower horrible, trash already in trash can. Vents broken. Refrigerator broken the worse experience ever!!!!! Never stay there go to a strip club

Desk clerks were friendly and helpful.... both coming and going. Wish you had had a refrigerator.

Have the entrance around the side of building marked more clearly.... you have hedges in the way and we could not find the drive because we could not see it from the front door. Then when we parked the car at the side entrance, once again you have hedges hiding the door and walkway until you get up on it.

Felt like home instead of a hotel room.

People could walk right through the gates to the pool area. I parked my car and walk straight to my room which I had left my door unlocked to the pool area. Someone could easily come through the property.

I would highly recommend staying here! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant and bar in the main lobby as well as a little market with snacks and drinks. The food and drinks are very well priced. The lobby, restaurant/bar, hallways, elevators, pool area, etc. were very clean. There was plenty of hand sanitizer and COVID measures in place. The room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend getting a room that has a view of the pool. The view is absolutely beautiful. And an added bonus was that the pool was actually open! I would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a hotel that had enough room or even specific parking for semi trucks. So before we booked our room I made sure to call and ask. I was told they did and so we booked it. But when we arrived there was no way we could have fit. We couldn't even pull in the parking lot because it was to tight of a turn to make with the truck and trailer. but if you are able to drop your trailer somewhere else like we did, you should be able to park just the truck.

Location and the staff were awesome. check in was easy and quick the bartender, on Saturday night, was friendly and very knowledgeable. thoroughly enjoyed talking with her. and the nice gentleman who served us breakfast was awesome. checked on us and made sure we had plenty of coffee, love how the hotel is set up!! will definitely be back

Small hotel was just what we needed. Stopped there on our way to Florida so our needs came from a short list. We arrived at night and the place was lite nicely and welcoming. Easy check in though I didn’t expect the $75 charge for essentials. Basically a security deposit. Not really a big deal but may bother some. Woman at desk said you would see credit in 3 to 5 business days. Hmm. When we got to our room it was clean but bed wasn’t completely made. Clean sheets but no blanket. They quickly rectified the problem. Bathroom had plenty of vanity space which we like and a full size makeup mirror that was transportable to the desk where I put on my makeup. This to me is a double thumbs up. The shower was glass and water pressure great with nice hot water. A long mirror outside the bathroom was available with an outlet close by to dry my hair, another double thumbs up, though I was lucky my cord was long. The room was spacious. Loved the flooring as opposed to carpeting. The only downside for me was that the bed was soft. My husband didn’t mind but he is more than twice the size of me and I felt the bed dip towards the middle a bit. The pillows are very soft but luckily I had my own. Not terrible as I had a good night sleep. All in all a pleasant stay and the area is adorable.

The property met our needs but if the restaurant was in a room by itself it would have been more inviting. The restaurant is open to the lobby where you see the bar and tables around it. We chose to walk across the street for a nice dinner at 101 Steak. Great food and yummy drinks. There are also many options as far as eateries in the area but we were tired from traveling and wanted something close. But I did appreciate that there was a restaurant in the hotel, period.
