Comfort Inn & Suites Ballpark Area

The cool air condition was great!!! Comfortable beds,and clean room were nice!!

Hair dryer was not in the room. The use of the Do not Disturb sign on the door was not observed by the cleaning staff before check out time. But they were very nice and accommodating. Suggestion would be to have a communication system between the checkout desk and the cleaning staff to alert when the guests have checked out and ready for clean up.

The room was clean and the area felt safer than other options I looked at. Dorothy was the sweetest and most helpful employee.

There was a weird smell when walking into the room. It resolved, but I'm not sure what that was about. With the tv off I could hear the people next door. There were a few small spots of mold on the ceiling in the shower where you can tell they've tried making repairs.

The hotel room itself was fair I must say. The room itself was spacious and the bed was soooo comfortable. AC in the room I had was good. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be (variety of food including eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels,etc.) Didn’t get a chance to stop at the pool but it looked nice from the view. The hotel is literally next to food places and Target is right around the corner. Plus wasn’t too far from both Six Flags locations we visited.

The only issue I had was the toilet got backed up in our room and the hair blow dryer stopped working after one use literally.

My husband said the breakfast was good. It was hot and fresh.

The hotel needed some freshening. Paint, etc. One of cleaning people was kind of rude. We were at the pool and she run us out for some reason. The TV service didn't have as many sports channels as some other motels we have stayed at.

The room size, there was an refrigerator and microwave with iron and coffee pot lots of clean rags and towels, great wifi and television worked perfectly.

The sheets had small red blood looking spots only in one little area and gum looked like it was stuck on the ceiling of one part of the wall. I also think it was too much noise coming from other people like running and beating on things.

Room is nice,clean and big. Bed is comfortable. Tv in bedroom, Tv in living room. Large bathroom and also very clean.

Ceiling between bedroom and bathroom was wet and leaking, front desk attendant offered new room with upgrade,so nice from her. Fair enough.

I enjoyed my stay, the first desk worker was great and very nice. I booked this hotel for v-day and I can say worth the pay. Everything worked and room was cleaned. Will definitely come back.

The front desk employees were friendly! The hotel was clean, rooms were clean.
