Check in was easy, staff at desk super friendly and helpful, room was comfortable

Couch in room 609 looks very stained, room never really cooled down, and housekeeping staff on last day was not pleasant. She knocked on the door and I opened to let her know I would be out in about 20 minutes and she gave me a huge attitude and shrugged her shoulders at me.

Rooms were very clean loved that they had wood floors

Breakfast was horrible they had the same things every day. The food was cold ,and breakfast sandwiches were hard. Bagels and bread were hard. I was there for four days and they never changed the meals. That was the only downfall I really hope they switch up meals in the future

I loved my room made me feel like I was in a condo style apartment. The bed was super comfortable and sheets were clean the bathroom was clean. I also loved the rooftop that was my reason for staying. Overall great spot to stay this hotel is close to everything was a good deal to be downtown Atlanta.

The female worker at the front desk forgot to get her name could’ve been a little nicer maybe she was having a bad day but that’s not an excuse she should be approachable with a nice attitude at all times. I didn’t like the parking having to pay everyday just to make sure you don’t get booted. I parked right across the street in the pay to park so I could see my vehicle not bad. Didn’t park in the parking deck because of prior reviews of people getting there vehicles broken into.

The Staff was Excellent at making Our Stay a Good one. We had a couple rooms and Everything was clean and Sanitized..My family came to Atlanta for all the Junteenth Activities..The Whole Hotel was Filled with Us Coming for Junteenth and They Really went outta their way to Make Us All feel Welcomed and Safe..The Safety Measures that this Hotel take are Beyond Expectations. This Whole trip was The Best Juneteenth Celebration..The Close Proximity to the Downtown festivities were Excellent and The Roof top is Another Thing to Give High Praise to Hilton Home 2 Hotel. All in All this Hotel Helped to Make Our Trip an Amazing One that We. Definitely will be Staying at this Hotel for Next Years Junteenth Celebrations..THANK YOU HOME 2 ! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Breakfast stops too early.

The breakfast was very good, staff making it were awesome. The bed in a bag was very nice as was the comfort of the pull out sofa. The room was very nice and comfortable. We loved the work space and kitchenette.

The room had a funky odor so we were moved immediately. The design of the room could have the bathroom accessible to a guest staying on pull out so they didn't have to walk thru the master . We were up and about early before breakfast started, would of been nice to have fresh coffee and water.

This hotel was great. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and accommodating. The room were a great size, we were only traveling with 2 people so it was perfect. Very close to all the attractions we had planned to do and was with in walking distance. I will visit again.

Just 2 issues that people would look out for.... We didn't have a car but there is not free parking just a heads up. There is construction going on across the street but it was not a bother to us and no loud noises.

The location

What I did not like was the stove top was first come first serve however, it’s included in the amenities as if it came automatically with the room and as you can guess they did not have any my entire reservation...also the rooftop was extremely smaller than the pictures on the site it was only one table and a small seating area

Great location. The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed and a view of the Ferris wheel:) It was at the end of the hall, so it was very quiet. I could tell the room had been cleaned well.

It’s a cool building, but the elevators are pretty small. That’s all I can think of, otherwise everything was great!

Everyone was friendly. Our room was beautiful and we'll appointed. The valet service was clearly marked and easy to use. There were nice snack, food, and drink options available for purchase at the front desk, and the breakfast contained many options. The building felt very secure. We will be back!

We didn't find anything not to like during our stay!

The location was very close to the State Farm Arena, and since we were in town for a concert, that was nice to be able to walk to the concert and back again.

Advertised as parking available but it was really just street parking which was not guarded or you had to pay for the valet service. Also the coffee at breakfast wasn't great.
