Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport College Park, an IHG Hotel

The location was great. Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. The service was good at the front desk and maintenance staff and cleaning staff.

The policy regarding the number of breakfast per guest room. I made reservations and there was no disclaimer regarding only 2 breakfasts per day per room. I provided the booking with the number of guest in my room of three.(2 adults, 1 child age 16). This policy should be changed. Would you have guest over to your home and tell half the guest we cant feed you, You have to pay for your meal? Dont say breakfast is included but not for each guest in your party! For this reason, I probably wont book again with Indigo Hotel.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport. Every 30 minutes there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport free of charge

The shuttle bus gets you only to the domestic flight terminal. I was traveling to Europe so I had to get another bus to get to the international flights Terminal. During checking in, my credit card was charged an extra amount of 150 US$ as a guarantee, although I had already paid for my room. I found it totally unacceptable. I was told that this amount would be returned after my departure. I left the hotel on Monday, May 22nd, and till now May 27th, 2023 it is not returned.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the distance from and shuttle service to the airport was exactly what we needed for a stay at the end of our trip the morning before our flight.

I know we stayed on a Sunday night but being from out of town, we didn't have food with us and without our own car, we couldn't drive to a restaurant. Would have loved for the hotel dining to be available later than 8pm, which is about when we arrived.

Greeted with an additional $200 ($150 incidentals plus $50 for parking). The money was taken right away but refund is 7-10 days!!! I booked thru Booking.com where I requested and paid for a room with two Queen beds. The desk clerk said that he couldn’t promise one was available and recommended contacting hotel directly to ensure we get what we want next visit. fortunately we got two beds but his attitude was a little snarky. lack of USB technology (had to use plugs for recharging). Bathroom shower trim was loose and the shower door didn’t close properly which caused floor to get wet. Breakfasts was lackluster, ended up eating out. didn’t like community microwave in the ice room.

That it had a restaurant on premesis

The WiFi wasn’t able to connect on the third floor. The front desk advised me to walk back down stairs to connect. There was a $150 damage deposit which wasn’t listed under hotel polices that was charged to my card upon check in

I liked almost everything at the facility. I felt respected and taken care of. It was really helpful to be close to the airport and more. I liked the bed and the staff support. I appreciated the extra consideration given to me as well.

I didn't like the transportation shuttle driver's attitude and demeanor. She was dismissive and unhelpful. Thankfully another staff member stepped in to provide support. I was very thankful that the other staff member was able to help out. The facility could use an update to some of its amenities.

A hidden gem! No better property if your stay revolves around air travel. Second time staying at the hotel and experience has been consistent. Easy access to the airport with minimum wait times for Uber, option to take the Marta line during operating hours. Staff was responsive and friendly (but did not get to interact much due to late check-in, early check-out). Rooms are comfortable and decent value for the price (and convenience).

This hotel was nice, clean, and cozy. The staff was friendly and very personable. The room was nice and spacious. I enjoyed a few of the restaurants that were just a block away. I didn’t get a chance to checkout the bar or the hotel’s food, however I was told by another guest that the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Oh yes, I can’t remember the shuttle driver’s name, but I do remember how nice and sweet he was.

There was nothing I didn’t like. This is an awesome place to stay.
