AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway

We were traveling back from Europe and missed our connection. We showed up without our bags and exhausted. The staff was wonderful. They gave us toiletries for the night and got us checked in quickly. We ate a really good meal at the hotel bar. The beds were so comfy and our room was really nice and very clean. Very early the next morning, security drove us right to the elevator to the airport train. This is a top notch hotel and under some pretty stressful circumstances, we were able to relax and get a good night’s sleep. 10 out of 10 experience!

The staff at the desk was awesome, the room was very clean, the lounge area was amazing and I would definitely recommend it.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking, there was no shuttle bus it was more of a suv with a driver who smelled like weed and who I thought was taking us to the airport but only took us a few walks up to a train that took us to the airport, he also tried to get me to pay him in cash if I want a direct ride to the airport.

If you choose to get a vehicle, parking is 30 dollars a day. They will ask you when checking in if you have one and if you say yes they will give you a parking slip to place in your car.

Loved the location, it is like 5 min from the airport. The service and facilities are great. The experience overall it was great.

I didnt really have cellphone service outside the building or inside the room, I had to cennect to the Wifi. The base of the bed made a lot of noise. And, I got a handicap room (we neither are handicap, nothing against it), but I didnt like the shower curtains. I dont know if all the rooms are like this.

The hotel is very quiet and calm. The view of the airport is great! We stayed in the 6th floor.

There's no microwave in the room. There's one in the lounge area on the 1st floor.

The staff at the restaurant was amazing! Rae is the best! She took great care of me as it was late when I arrived after getting stuck in Atlanta due to flight being cancelled. Thank you for making me feel welcome Rae!!!!

I ended up taking a cab from the airport because I didn't know I could have taken the plane train. Maybe add that to the info on the conformation.

I liked that free wifi was provided, that a courtesy ride to the sky train was 24 hours (so helpful!), that there was free short term parking right out front to load/unload luggage and the staff was really very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps some coffee/tea options in the room....my room didn't have a bathtub....not a big deal but if I would have stayed more than one night I would have wanted one.

Cleanliness of hotel room and overall room quality was high. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Breakfast not served until 6.30, so for early flights was not possible to eat before leaving. Evening meal quality was good (cobb salad excellent), but staff were unsure about ingredients in dishes, which when medically requiring a gluten free diet it made this difficult and salad the only safe to eat option.

the property is new. the staff are friendly, and the room is big and super clean. for me it’s extremely important to have a quite room and blackout curtains, I am a very sensitive sleeper and this hotel is sound proof with blackout. on top of that. I slept for 10 hours straight and that’s not normal to me, but the bed and the lining were so comfortable and amazing that my body just drifted into deep sleep. they have walk in showers which is a plus for me, as I don’t like bathtubs. honestly, the hotel really exceeded my expectations considering it’s 4 stars. the also provide free airport shuttle to the train thank you so much for making my transit extremely comfortable

The hotel's aesthetics were sleek, modern and stress-reducing. The staff and service was first rate. This hotel was booked for a convention at the nearby convention center. I will likely find another reason to return for a stay.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.
