Very nice room, comfortable bed.

Could of used a few more items in the room - 1 bar of soap to use between sink & shower (yes it has liquid dispenser in shower but not what I prefer). We had just 1 bath towel between 2 of us. Bad experience at Atlanta airport meant we arrived late (after 1 am) & checkin was very slow - 15 minutes w/ no reason. I understand that shift is difficult. Could of been smoother. Also I received 3 emails before I arrived all trying to upsell me; could of used an email telling me where to go for shuttle (again terrible airport signage didn’t help)

Outstanding staff !! Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel and facilities seemed a bit older, but were kept very clean. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the waitress and bartender were both a pleasure.

The bed was made in a strange way....the top sheet was over the comforter instead of underneath. I feel the top sheet should be what's in contact with the person's body, not the comforter, as I'm sure the sheets get laundered daily, whereas the comforter might not be.

I was granted a 1pm checkout and I appreciate it. I tried to thank the lady at the front desk, for the extended check out, but while I was thanking her she hung up in my face.

I had to pay $18 per day for parking. I stayed for three nights, so I paid nearly $60. The restaurant in the hotel was also very expensive. $45 for 2 slices of French toast, 4 small orange juices, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of regular toast, and 3 turkey sausage links =$45

Nice lobby and bar, room seemed clean minus some hair in the sink.

I got in the shower, only to realize all three pumps in there (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were bone dry empty! I had to use the little bar soap on the sink to shower. Shame on me, i usually bring my own but of course the one time i didnt… You can tell there has been remodeling but the hallways/doors could use updating. We were not told there was a charge each day to park until we left. Overall it was a nice place for the cost, and we would stay there again!

The lobby was beautiful. The pool was clean , the jacuzzi 10/10! Me and my fiancé enjoyed our stay.

PARKING ! They need more parking spaces , i liked the room but it was kind of out dated . I stayed here 5 years ago and it looked better . Some things could be updated but overall it was a great stay ! I didnt receive my deposit back . Idk who i spoke with but she was rude about it .

The room was comfortable and large. The reservation staff was helpful and clear. Our room was exceptionally clean and maintained.

There were NO phone charging outlets in the room, SO thank goodness I had a cube to assist us with a regular receptacle. Why no technology pots for charging in this age?? Why wasn’t there a complementary breakfast? That’s cheap behavior for a hotel over $120 per night.

I did like my room other then what I will say in the next box below, the lobby and the yard was well keep.

The room was ok , just that the under cut of the front door and the lock of door is to high and we could see the light and hear the guest in the other room talking coming from under the door. I would suggest that some door strips be add to the bottom of the doors, because someone could push anything under your door

The staff was very helpful and professional during check in. I arranged a last minute overnight stay and needed to decorate the room for a surprise for my husbands birthday and although they didn't have early check in availability on that day, the staff was very helpful in allowing my daughter to come when I wasn't able to help decorate the room.

There's no tub and I really wanted a tub to fill with rose pedals, unfortunately, that part was not available for the whole set up I planned.

My flight was delayed, and we were required to stay in Atlanta overnight to make the re-booked flight early the next morning. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Night staff were friendly and accommodating. Shuttle picked us up right at the front door the next morning.

I thought the price was a bit high for a fairly basic room, but very likely is commensurate with the location close to the airport, and also the time of year—spring break. The airport was packed with delayed travelers, so accommodations had begun to sell out shortly after our flight arrived late.

The staff was very pleasant. I loved the fact that I was able to get a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport so the ride is short which is nice. I believe the first one leaves at 5am which is the one I took. I didn't have to reserve for shuttle just told them when I checked in the day before. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean although the shower is dated and the shower head had a leak, the microwave is not in room but they have one down the hall. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
