It was an event at the hotel, so it was crowded... parking was horrible and we were charged for it! $14 everyday! Co workers said the breakfast was great! The view was a construction site, only 2 elevators and one wasn’t working! We’re stuck using the stairs... at check in they host of the hotel explained she could not use my booking.com reference number and that I needed to call booking.com for a different reference number that their system recognizes.. (I take it this has happened before because the booking.com rep easy produced a usable number!) Inconvenience, took me 2hrs to check in, after an 8hr drive.. because of that confusion!

The Courteous of the desk staff as well as the shuttle staff.
I had my sister go to the front desk to get towels from the front desk. The attendee was very rude on Sunday morning at 2am; we had come in from the 7 my sister had to state my full name and room number. If I ask for towels for room 243, then why should zi have to state a full name..

the room was clean, checking in and out was hassle free with the Hilton app and the airport shuttle is very reliable.
In-room dining was not available, which was inconvenient after a 9-hour flight. We were able to order through a food delivery app with delivery to reception so we could eat but this took longer than room services would have and was nowhere near as convenient.

Location was convenient for access to the airport.
The air conditioner in the room was very loud. Needs to be fixed. The airport shuttle vehicles were in terrible shape. It did not even feel safe to ride in them. Doors were broken. Windows were loose. The air conditioner looked like it was going to fall on my head. Not up to your standards and they should not be on the road transporting customers. It did not feel safe.

It’s a great room for a good price. There is a $50 PER DAY down payment. They don’t tell you that so just be mindful that you will pay that but it’s definitely worth it. Great location right near the airport if your flying in. You get those great cookies when you check in. Room size is GREAT. The only issue I had was when I asked for thing I NEVER got them. For two days I didn’t have any towels. I had to stop a housekeeper in the haul to look for two fresh towels for me. That’s about all. Everything else was great. Will definitely be back.

I liked that the facility was very clean. Minus the items found under the bed, the room was really clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.
The staff couldn't help this but I didn't like the weed smells through the hallways of the hotel. Also, the cleaning staff would want to make sure that they are checking under the beds/other furniture to make sure there isn't any trash or items left from previous guest. It was a little weird getting in and out of the shower because the shower door opens right by the toilet.

Excellent hotel. Very greeting staff. Bartender was very good 👍. Really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location. We will definitely be returning. Location was definitely perfect for the areas we were attending.
