Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport

Not far from all area attractions. No heavy traffic in area. Very clean room. Nice staff

I had to oay for parking per night. Also, there was an unexpected deposit charge that hopefully will be returned within 3-5 business days

Good location for accessing the airport. We utilized the airport shuttle, which is free to the domestic terminal and with a surcharge for the international terminal. The driver was very kind and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and room heating was excellent. There's ample paid parking if you have a rental car, which we did. Downtown Atlanta is around a 30min drive. Staff are pleasant but could be more accommodating.

The lobby/bar gets busy and thus very noisy at night. Thankfully, the noise doesn't reach the bedrooms. Would also be nice to get complimentary bottled water in the room.

Very clean, had everything we needed. I loved the fact I could get a good dinner at the restaurant in the lobby which was not only huge portions but tasty! Being a member I didn't pay for parking but would have for the security it brings. The front desk agent was very nice. Excellent spot to be close to the airport and even on the top floor was not a sound issue. Overall great stay!

Nothing I didn't like, the only thing they could use is a table for sitting and eating and either a Keurig or at least more coffee available in the morning when it is costing $2 a cup.

1. lack of clarity on shuttle pick-up point and service. I missed my ride and had to wait for the next ride at 1am. 2. no reply when messaging the hotel through booking.com to determine the shuttle pick-up and service.

Room could have been cleaner .Floors needed vacuuming and desk visibly dusty dirty

Could not close the blind. Did not sleep well due to light shining in room. Also charged 100 fee to my card and 3 days later still not updated. No other hotel has ever taken this long.

Conveniently located near major airport, easy for unloading, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We got the room last minute after a day of missed flights and the price point and location were perfect!

There were spilled chips by the elevator doors that no one cared to clean up. It made the hotel look untidy or like it was a wild party hotel. The sofa bed was outdated and no one could sleep on it because it was so thin you could feel every spring in it. pPlease change this out.

loved the staff, they went above and beyond for us while we stayed there for a sneaker convention, even made friends in the lobby, will always choose this hotel when im back in the area again.

mines was waived, but dont like the $100 charge on a card while you there. Was unexpected and embarrassing when I did not have a card on me at that time, but they only ask for people I guess who will try to smoke in the room etc.

I Liked the space provided in the double room suite & the bathroom that had an amazing ring light effect!

Just as I got comfortable in my room someone else had had access and entered the room which bothered me extremely bad I fell asleep with the extra locks ok the door and the next morning a worker opened more door when I already explained I was checking out late! HORRIBLE

Lovely staff, fine big room with enormous comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, great free shuttle with charismatic drivers. A very pleasant stop-off with a number of nice lounge areas interspersed around the bottom floor. Late-night snacks available for purchase from very friendly staff.

Having Netflix or a Smart TV would be great for an airport hotel. The bar/restaurant isn't open all day, which probably makes sense for staffing, but it would have been nice to be able to buy something cooked to eat when early check-in wasn't available.

The guy who checked me in was just full of life and help . He seemed as though he wasn’t just doing his job he was trying to create an experience. Which is great ! I didn’t catch his name . But coming from hospitality background , he definitely made me feel at home ! The best at the desk !!! The guy bartender at the bar was amazing too ! Everything was nice ! I love it . Room was clean !

Hot breakfast would just put you guys on another level ! That’s all you’re missing
