The staff is always friendly and the location is close to everything I need once I'm off work, and changes my commute from an hour and 22 minutes to about 15 minutes.

My room was a little loud because it was right next to the elevator.

The front desk receptionists were very professional & kind upon check-in & check-out. The grounds, lobby, halls, and room were all nice & clean & the mattress was more than comfortable. The A/C in the room was very cold, which was great for the Georgia heat. I always check reviews before choosing hotels, & the property lived up to positive reviews given by previous guests.

I would have rated the hotel a 10, but my only complaint is that the pillows were extremely soft and guests should be given a choice of firmness of pillows to choose from.

Front desk was very accommodating. I called last minute and was able to book a room . The front desk also placed my daughter in the room etc door. This made us very happy. We felt safe. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast and coffee was excellent.

N/A We loved everything about our stay. We were very close to drive to Ruth Chris across the street. Nice area. The room was very nice. Plenty of room. Ice machine was very close. We had a late night pizza snack and ate in the area by the lobby. Excellent stay.

It was very clean. I felt comfortable there. It was expensive for me, but I can't put a price on being sure I have a clean room. Checked in late, stayed until 12pm the next day. Had their free breakfast, walked back and forth for cups of hot tea. I picked up oatmeal in the cardboard containers & put it in my chinaware that was in the room, also using the teacup. I sprawled on the couch and watched my Sunday morning programs. Leisurely took a long, warm shower, and headed out refreshed, content, and happy. You can't put a price on that. They have an exercise room I didn't get to visit. Extra friendly staff. Will come again.

Hotel is very clean, nice interior, staff friendly. The breakfast was beyond our expectations! Will definitely be coming back again!

Pool was not open, but that was OK. Parking filled up quickly especially handicap spots. Which is where we needed to be.

Friendly staff, very clean room and someone was constantly cleaning the common areas. Location was close to a wide variety of restaurants.

Only issue was the other guest were loud. Doors closing and loud talking. I was working the night shift and when I came in very early in the morning I closed the doors as quietly as possible. Other guest there obviously weren't raised to respect others when staying away from home. I will try a different location next time. Nothing against the hotel or staff its not there fault.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location off the highway was great for a long road trip. Nice area to walk outside with our dogs, with bags & trashcans for the poop. Though we only stayed one night, the room would be good for a longer stay. It was equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, as well as silverware.

The breakfast area was clean. I also like that you had fresh fruit, grits and oatmeal.

The seating accommodations in the breakfast area could stand improvement. My juice glass apparently had residual dishwasher detergent on it as I could taste detergent in my cranberry juice.

The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious.

The TV has trouble turning on. We had to unplug it and replug it if it was off before we watched it.

The breakfast staff was very friendly.

Not having a safe in the room for valuables. The attendant at the front desk couldn't get the keys to work to the safes located behind the desk so we had to carry valueable jewelry with us when we left the room.
