Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Buford at Mall of Georgia, GA

The hotel is very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful! I also felt very safe as a solo traveler. The room was also organized, clean and relatively modern. The breakfast was just ok. However, it was wonderful to be able to grab a snack if needed.

If I have to write something here, it is very minor. The building looks to have some remodel work done, but there are a couple odd things. The carpet in the hallway is a bit lumpy and sometimes appears wider than the hallway can fit. The elevator is also small, a bit old, in a non obvious location, but it works!

Great location in Buford with lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. There is also access to a nice trail along Ivy Creek. Breakfast was decent, enough options. The room is nice - I like the floors and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was not very powerful, the hotel outside of the room itself could use an update on the decor.

The Hotel Location was perfect! We had never been to the area and it was close to everything. Staff members were friendly as well.

Our room had a slight old/moldy smell. It wasn't overpowering but definitely noticeable. Bed linens and pillows could use upgrading. The prepared breakfast (which we usually have good luck with) wasn't appetizing.

We enjoyed our stay, but we didn’t like the idea of a “to go” breakfast, so we passed on that. The other thing that would have made the room nicer is carpet. I’m not a big fan of tile floors. On the plus side, the general manager was very nice and we enjoyed our interaction with him.

The lack of carpet and the “to go” breakfast concept. However, we do understand that staffing issues make a lot of things much more challenging.

The staff was fantastic. Room was immaculately clean. Close to everything.

This is the first time in 35 years, that I have been denied, a free room upgrade (I have worked in the hotel industry). But i realize it's a priveldge. Didn't have a scrub toilet brush in the bathroom.

EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER , THE WOMAN ON THE DESK TOOK REAL GREAT CARE OF ME AND MY WIFE . THE ROOM WAS CLEAN , WATER WAS HOT ,AND WE HAD A GOOD TIME USING THE POOL , MY GRAND KIDS CAME BY AND WE ENJOYED THE POOL . THANK YOU ALL

Refrig and microwave are wonderful to have although micro didn’t work but desk staff brought another.

Sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. A Turkey sausage would be a better option for breakfast. Ur Chair fabric in room needs cleaned. Didn’t feel good about sitting in it. Had to sit in office chair.

The staff was great. The young lady who checked us in helped me fix a big mistake I had made when I made the reservations. I had them for Dec 1 not Sept 1. No problem she said and within a few minutes had everything transferred to Sept 1.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The only healthy option was yogurt. Sugar cereals, frozen sausage sandwiches and packaged pastry left me with nothing to eat. Apples, bananas or oranges would have been welcomed. Good coffee.

The breakfast was average. Not impressed with it. It wasn't terrible just not that many selections.

I our initial room the air/heater was very loud. We were given another room the second night and a free upgrade. That was nice
