Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buford NE - Lake Lanier Area, an IHG Hotel

the room was very clean and hotel provided plenty of toiletries to use during our stay, the breakfast was great to be complimentary.

there was no parking spots available all 3 days we were at facility due to shipping containers (15-20 total) in parking lot spaces due to construction at hotel. no luck sleeping in past 7:30 am due to construction

Breakfast was good. Would have preferred more variety. Mostly the same choices daily.

Paid cash for my stay and system kept charging my credit card different amounts daily. Still awaiting pending charges to drop off. Not the staff’s fault! Front staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I loved the brand new rooms. They are fully renovated and nice! The bed was so comfortable and the rooms are really big! Good breakfast options too.

The lobby seating is a little worn, although the lobby is still nice. Not sure why it hasn't been updated like the rooms but still overall nice.

We loved the man at the desk checking us in. He was kind thoughtful and personal. He offered great places to eat and what was good on the menu. The room was very clean and up to date. It had all we needed for a good stay. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of outlets for our needs. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable. There was so much to choose from. From the lg. Cinnamon rolls to the make your own pancake machine. And they even had take out boxes if you wanted to take it on the road with you.

Personal preference was that the soft water in the shower(soft water makes it feel I'm still soapy). The shower could've had more pressure. The air conditioner was a little noisy. We had to turn up the tv to be able to ear it because of the air.

Very clean! Staff was lovely. One of the best hotel breakfast for this level of hotel. The staff constantly rotating and cleaning. Beds were super comfy!

The pool area was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. There were wet towels everywhere (I'm sure due to staffing) a broken chaise lounge and it just appeared messy.

all front desk staff outstanding. Had a TV problem. Was corrected ASAP.Great bed. Big room and handicap assist rails on bathtub

breakfast was good but sauage/bacom overcooked om every breakfast

I wish there was some sort of dining table with at least 2 chairs for comfort and ease when eating

Lack of dining table/chairs; stains on some pillow cases and wash cloths; slight odor from carpets

Breakfast was great & at a reasonable time. Staff was expeditious when certain breakfast items ran out . Also , location was great .. within a couple of miles from entertainment and necessities. Overall a great stay !

The hotel was great , however I do feel as if it should be modernized .

Convenient, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Air conditioning was out in hallway of our floor which made the rooms a bit warmer. But it was a minor inconvenience.
