The breakfast staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk check-in experience was easy and efficient. The staff was friendly and fast. There was ample parking without extra charge. The room was clean. I liked the toiletries which were provided in the bathroom. The beds were inviting and comfortable. I really appreciate having the microwave and mini-refrigerator in the room. Overall, excellent accommodations.

The breakfast area was a bit small. The food choices were regular, nothing extraordinary. I took a muffin and a yogurt from the breakfast bar. The muffin was too dry to eat.

The hotel manager was really kind and she's full of warm hospitality. I bet her cosideration and warm heart made many costomers happy from the morning. The room was so comfortable and clean. Best location. I definitely will be back! Other workers are also very kind and friendly. Thank you for everything!

the breakfast was good, everything was god and hot on serving, had a great taste to it all.

one thing I was upset about and had to leave out, I understand the hotel allow pets but they should not be in the area were guests are eating and preparing their food.

Staff was very professional and helpful, I was in town for a Navy reunion, and they let me check in early. I had been on the road all that morning. Front desk person was amazing

The cleanness of the room and accomidations was very clean. The only issue I had was the construction going on at and near the Hotel. Overall we were very pleased and the services provided were pleasing as well.

Plenty of eateries in few minutes walk. 15min walk from Mall

Not so clean wall and bed rest. Simple breakfast, is free so not much can be done

the walls & doors are very hollow. we could hear everything that was going on outside our door, people talking, walking, & rolling their suit cases.

We loved the friendly staff that checked us in and out in less than 5 minutes, super clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, excellent location with a lot to do nearby!

I like the staff, everyone was polite especially the young man working at night. The first time we stayed it was very clean, this second time whoever cleaned the bathroom didn't do the best job.

The mattress was very very hard. Really uncomfortable to sleep on. I didn't like the tight parking lot as well, very small and not a lot of places to park. The breakfast was also disappointing

Staff was great and rooms are nice with the couch and room to move around. The location is excellent.
