Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buford/Mall of Georgia

This hotel was located five minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, which was awesome. The entire hotel was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room itself was super clean, and I had no issues at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and I would easily spend another night here.

There is honestly nothing I didn't like about this hotel experience. It was easy to check in and check out, and there were no disturbances during this stay. The breakfast was not the same as I am accustomed to, but that was due to the pandemic. All in all, a great experience.

The location is great. It is near a lot of places to shop and eat. The pool wasn't closed due to COVID like it is at some other hotels. Instead, they allowed rooms to reserve it for private use. The staff was friendly upon checking in as well as checking out.

I didn't like how thin the walls are. The guest in the room between our two rooms were extremely loud which wasn't an issue initially because it was around 8pm and we could hear them talking about the fact they were about to go out. Unfortunately, at 3am it sounded like I was at a night club and not a hotel because they came back from wherever they had been and started playing their music extremely loud again waking us up. I was appalled by the front desk staff saying they didn't hear the music when I called to complain because we were located right by the front desk. However, the staff responded promptly to my complaint and security had the music turned off within 5 minutes of my call to the front desk.

There was a large group that arrived on Thursday night. They were very noisy and used the hallway as a common area until late at night, shouting, playing, yelling. I did tell the staff and they promised to talk to them but nothing changed. So I asked them to move me and they did. I would have preferred for the staff to have the people in charge of that group to make sure that noise was kept down in the hallway after 10pm rather than me having to move as a common courtesy to other guest. I think 10pm is late enough. People have to get up early and go about their business. I found it very inconsiderate of that large group and wish the hotel would have enforced the their quite rule that they told me they had after 9pm. Did not happen

Location was very nice, Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, area was always clean.

Can't think of anything...would stay again.

Front desk help were great!

Room needed a bit of tlc as it was rough around the edges. The trim around the smoke detector and the sprinkler heads was hanging down and there was no exhaust fan in the bath area and the shower and bath needed a deep cleaning.

Rebecca was a huge help when a problem arise with billing. She took care of it immediately with a smile on her face. Rebecca is a wonderful asset to Fairfield Inn & Suites in Buford, GA.

The customer service was excellent, every needs was meant with no problems. Loved the location, just minutes away from everything. The Manager Sklar, was very professional, and courteous to everyone she had came into contact with. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast could have been better. More of selections to choose from. But overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I liked the front desk operators. They were very kind and respectful. I liked the Coffee & The Pool most definitely.

The smell in the room was kind of like an Old smell that was weird. I would have liked to have been probably at the top floor. The housekeepers were not that friendly and polite when speaking to you.

Great location! It was clean.

A little upkeep needed. Fire alarm hanging loose in our room but did not bother us.

That before we came they said they would have full Breakfast got down there it was totally opposite of what they said and they charged us for breakfast each day
