I stayed 3 days and never got a remote to work the television despite speaking with 2 employees about the issue. Therefore I had no tv for my entire stay. The cold water faucet did not work in the sink bathroom. The elevator is broken therefore 3 flights of stairs with luggage proved challenging. Very poor water pressure in the shower.

It was close to the hospital. No bedbugs. The lady at the desk was pleasant when I checked out.
Lots of people outside all night. The lady at check in was rude. I booked a smoking room and when I went down to get an ashtray I was told that there were no smoking rooms. Not that it would have mattered, the bed spread had cigarette holes burned all in it.

I liked the 'eagerness to help" of the man on night shift.
I didn't like the lack of 'eagerness to help' on day shift. I had to wait in my car until 3pm on the dot before I received help.
