Comfort Suites at Kennesaw State University

The room was very spacey we had. Two queen beds and a couch. A lot of room for our child to play and color on the floor. Bigger than other hotel rooms we’ve seen. The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure was great as well at the water getting nice and hot. Beds were pretty comfy too.

When we first got to our room, we were unsure if they just rushed on cleaning, or if someone had literally just left our room. The door wasn’t closed all the way so we didn’t even have to use key card to get in, and there were pillows scattered all over the bed and the closet was wide open. It was a little sketchy. The pillows that were scattered also kind of smelled like dirty feet. It was just weird. The elevator was also down but that’s not a huge deal, doesn’t hurt to take the stairs. My parents also had a room there but they had no issues.

Perfect location and easy to find! Very quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. The receptionists and support staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had 3) were clean and spacious. There were fans in the bathrooms and plenty of pillows on the beds. The internet was easy to connect to and worked well. The breakfast had some fresh cooked items (eggs, sausage) and 2 waffle makers along with bagels and rolls.

There were only 2 luggage carts and both of them were difficult to maneuver. 1 had a flat tire and I am not sure why the other one was being so difficult. The parking is probably the biggest issue. There is only 1 handicap spot next to the hotel and the remaining close ones are for "Preferred card holders" . The rest of the spots were a distance from the entrance and the lighting is very poor over there.

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by trees which made for a nice view from our window. We had an issue with our toilet and it was quickly fixed.

The room where the indoor pool was located was dimly lit and could use some brighter lights.

Michael was very super helpful. We came from Houston,TX and he made us feel right at home the moment we walked in he exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond for us we truly appreciate his hospitality! He is a fockstar!

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay! There is nothing that i would change at all.

Staff pleasant, rooms clean, location was good and in good area close to so much. Felt comfortable in area.

This was not the hotel's fault but the occupants in the room above us apparently allowed their kids to go "wild" in room to tired them out each night. Sounded like they were bouncing on the bed and off the walls. Every night, starting around 9 and lasting about an hour, all three nights. But again, not the hotel's fault.

We stayed at the Kennesaw Comfort Suites on the last night of our 24-day road trip. We chose it largely for its location just past the midway point of our final stretch, since we just didn't feel like driving for 13 hours. This is a pleasant, clean, well-run hotel not far off I-75. I can't say anything about the breakfast as we had planned to eat at First Watch, a farm-to-table place. That didn't pan out as there was a huge line out front when we arrived, but a few highway exits south is the Marietta Diner, which I can highly recommend. Two floors of chrome and neon, and good food!

There was nothing to complain about at this hotel. Plenty of free parking, good beds and a fine night's sleep.

Out of milk, juice, butter amongst other things and gave excuse that the Christmas travelers wiped them out and truck wasn’t coming until Tuesday 🤷‍♀️ Having managed a Best Western I would have stopped at my location grocery store to get the things needed until truck came so that all my guests had everything not just Christmas travelers. Too bad because up until breakfast I was giving a higher rating

The customer service of the staff was friendly & professional. Took care of our needs & answered any questions we may have had.

The only thing that was an issue was the water in the shower didn't drain properly. It seemed as though the stopper was engaged but it wasn't. It was just extremely slow draining.

Everything about the hotel was very pleasing, shower was nice and hot, beds where comfortable even the full out couch. Breakfast was very good as well. Check in was very simple, laundry was the cheapest I've seen at $1.50 for wash and dryer.

Everything was amazing

It was clean and easy to find. Right off of I-75 but it was quiet. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. The hot breakfast was good enough that even my picky eater found stuff he liked. I will definitely stay here again.
