The young lady at the front desk really helped me out with a booking mistake that I made. She was very helpful and I really appreciate it. The young man at the front desk in the morning was also helpful and together they provided excellent customer service. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was a good value and I was treated fairly and with respect. Outstanding job and I’ll be staying there every time that I need a room in the area.

We had amazing staff at front desk when checking in and when we needed answers from night staff! Mid age woman was not as nice when checking out.

Large groups hanging out in front of building and a lot of kids running through hotel. Staff reminded them many times with no help from parents. In addition even getting to breakfast early alot was out and wasn't refilled again may have been all the kids.

The facility as a whole was very nice. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Our room was comfortable, cozy and very clean. The breakfast was a little sparse but that's what happens when you're on vacation and sleeping in. However, Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, Burger King and Wendy's are all close by so it wasn't a major issue. The only issue we experienced was the people in the room above ours were heavy walkers and we could hear them walking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying again.

I think the breakfast could have been a little better. I'm not sure what's offered at 6am when breakfast begins but by 8:30am there's not much to choose from. We only found a few bananas, bread for toast, bagels w/cream cheese, cold cereal, mini cinnamon rolls and mini powdered donuts and pre-measured waffle batter and waffle iron to make waffles. There may have been bacon, sausage and eggs but we were probably too late. Not a deal breaker though!

Front desk and staff pleasant, the pricing was good, and the facilities were clean.

No elevator to the second floor and bathroom looked like it had been recently painted. Also, the drywall was coming away from the shower curtain holder. Looks like the contractor might have been in a rush to finish the bathroom.

We were there a short time just to sleep at night. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Convenient location.

Breakfast was lacking. The waffle was the only thing hot. No eggs or breakfast meats were out. There wasn't an elevator but I guess that's on me for not noticing that fact in the description

The front staff lady was very pleasant. She attempted to accommodate me as much as possible. She deserves a raise, I watched her and saw she was this way to everyone who came through. Older lady with silver hair.I didn't catch her name but she was amazing. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable.

The site stated there was an indoor and outdoor pool. This was not true. Only outdoor and it was closed for the season. No elevators. Bathroom tub had hair and old resude where the soap holders is.

Staff was friendly & responsive

breakfast sausage was no cooked, coffee cold, & lobby stairs were not vacuumed for the 3 days I was there. The lobby flowers were welcoming but dusty. And public restroom was not clean. could have caught it after a messy guest. No elevator

The front desk staff were all excellently efficient and friendly, especially Susan who went above and beyond the rest. The cleaning staff work in teams and are very good. The manager was also excellent and offered us a special rate for our long stay. The beds were comfortable and the wifi and cable TV good. The breakfast is now a couple snacks in a bag-all carbs. And with a wonderful pot of hot coffee in the lobby. There were 2 windows in our room that we could open and get fresh air, which I especially appreciated! The bathtub and shower were good, although the spout had a leak around it, signalling it's imminent demise. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in our room. There was an easy chair in the room with a footrest, but no room for it near the TV, so no where to sit and watch except the beds. There are several fast food places nearby to get meals, even a Waffle House for breakfast. Parking is easy and safe.

The pool was closed, probably more to do with the season than covid, and the "fitness center" was also closed. Breakfast was snack in a bag, and coffee. Not a hotel's choice these days. Because the hotel is mostly nonsmoking, the smokers seem to congregate at the front entrance, where an otherwise inviting outdoor seating area is provided. So guests have to run the gauntlet of smoke on entry.

The area was quiet and well maintained. We were close to many types of restaurants and were able to order carry out, go back to the room and relax. In great proximity to Truist Park, which was our destination the day after.

I was surprised there was no elevator. This was a minor inconvenience as we stayed only one night and packed lightly. For extended stays, this would be a greater inconvenience if given a room on the second floor.

HVAC system worked great. Room did have that musty cigarette smell but within 30 minutes of running the AC cleared it up. Truly a great value for a Valentine's weekend. Staff was AMAZING!!! Outside of hotel was spotless and well maintained. Lobby and hallways clean and we'll lit. Room amenities all worked. Brown bag breakfast with a honey bun, granola bar and squeeze GoGurt. Coffee and bottle water at front desk. Free wifi (70 up/30 down). Staff was wearing masks. Will definitely stay again.

Extremely small pillows, half the size of a standard pillow. Many things in the room needed freshing up (paint, seam cracks in drywall). Bathroom really needed paint and deep cleaning, ceiling had rust and grout had mold spots. Desk chair had tear in vinyl. TV remote was sticky. Parking spots are a little narrow.
